    • On the small side. Smooth leather. Coach quality.
This bag is very smooth. It's stiff like new leather is, but the card promises that it'll only get better with age, which I'm cool with. I really like the simple, subdued look of it. There is a thicker chain that goes with it, to wear at the elbow, or maybe on the shoulder, and a longer, crossbody strap so that the thicker chain can be used as decoration. There's a hanging coach tag and a C on the bag, but that's all that identifies it as a Coach bag. If you like Coach but don't care to flaunt the brand, this is a good option to have. It's very small. I have a Note 20 in a wallet case, and that fits in here nicely. It also fits my inhaler, chapstick, a few other small items, but not much more. If you carry a mom bag with a lot of 'just in case' items, this won't work for you long term. I have a larger Coach bag, a three compartment for my everyday carry, so that I can fit in plenty of stuff. This one works for me for walking around craft shows or quick trips into the store when I don't want to carry the big bag. I can just put my essentials in this and carry on, leave my bigger purse in the trunk, or in a locker at theme parks, and have everything that I immediately need in this smaller bag. The leather is thick, sturdy feeling, and the flap closes with magnets! It holds tightly closed and I love that I don't have to worry about snaps or clasps. That makes this flap easy to open when I need to grab something. There is a single outside pocket down the back, with no closure. Inside, there's one fabric panel against the back to use as a 'side pocket'. It's pretty flat against the back of the purse. Cards will fit in there, maybe a chapstick or gloss or some emergency eyeliner. My inhaler will not fit there, so it goes in the main compartment. The quality is top notch, all the seams sewn in tight, no loose threads, no curls at the edges, no flaws at all. It comes with a dust bag and the straps are wrapped in paper, the inside filled with paper and desiccant packs to keep everything in shape and safe from moisture. I like the size for a quick-use bag. I'll keep using my larger bag, but this provides lots of options for a date purse or a quick runaround bag, and it's Coach, so excellent quality that will last. I'd buy again in a different color if offered. ... show more

This is a very nice quality Coach bag/purse/clutch. Size: 7" L x 4 1/4" H x 2 1/4" W Leather: black / soft Straps: Two; one is a heavy chain link and short: the other, fabric and long There is an ID tag / key ring Pockets: One on the outside, one small one on the inside The bag arrived carefully packaged/wrapped. It's on the small size, measuring just 7 inches across. It holds my phone, my reading glasses, and some little things, but not much else, unless you don't mind pack 'em in. I have a thick-ish wallet and it won't fit in here comfortably. I will take out my ID and a credit card and insert them into the inside pocket of the bag. I'm known for carrying bigger (or much bigger) bags usually because I'm the family's designated transporter of everything from extra water bottles, snacks, and gums to medicine, books, and an extra shirt. However, once in a while, I would like to go somewhere and not have to worry about a giant purse or backpack. This stylish bag will be a good substitution when out for a nice dinner, or when in a crowded event where carrying less is more convenient. I have a friend who always carries a small crossbody bag like this. She never takes it off. It's like a part of her body. I could try doing that; certainly easier when going out to a restaurant as I always had to wedge my bigger purse between my body and the back of the seat, which isn't comfortable. You can't go wrong with the quality of the Coach brand, so it's just a matter of the size of the bag that requires consideration. ... show more

I love this Coach Charter Crossbody in Black! It's a small crossbody that's perfect for carrying just the essentials. While it won't fit a lot of stuff, it’s great for when you need to travel light. The quality of the leather is excellent, as I've come to expect from Coach. Their purses are always well-made and durable. I particularly like the "C" icon on the front, which adds a nice touch of style. The design of this crossbody is sporty, and the adjustable strap is a big plus. Although I'm not a huge fan of the chunky strap, I appreciate the detailing on it. Another nice touch is that the purse includes its own dust bag, which is great for storage. Overall, this is a stylish and high-quality crossbody that I highly recommend! ... show more
