However, I had to return this bag as the airline we will be flying on has very severe restrictions on the size of personal item bags. This bag is quite large. I adore this bag for travelling. It fits even the most stringent “personal item” measurements so it’s my go-to for nearly every trip. My daughter and I both have one. Tons of space & internal organizing pockets, a spot for your phone and comfortable shoulder strap length. Really a great bag. I would suggest 3 improvements to the makers: 1) make it anti-theft with locking zippers, rfid blocking or steel mesh in the body 2) a zippered pocket for a water bottle 3) a more comfortable/padded crossbody strap.
