I have owned a few drones. None lasted very long, or performed to expectations. This Dazlen Drone is easily the best I have seen! To start with, this drone is very easy to set up, performance is great, and special features (follow, flips, etc) were all seemless. What sets this drone apart is the obvious attention to detail that is lacking in other drones. First, the app has performed perfectly. With previous drones the apps were not dependable, so I'm pleased to find one that actually works. Connection to my android phone was extremely simple and I've had no connection issues. I really appreciate that the drone comes with spare parts, a very nice carry case, and two rechargeable batteries, which are easy to charge and install. The cameras are really cool too. I like that there are two options...forward tilting and downward. Additionally, having the pictures and videos load thru the app to the phone is very convenient, instead of having to download them. I truly believe this is the best drone around at this price...very affordable and worth every penny. This is my first RC quadcopter. I have some experience with small toy RC helicopters, but never with quadcopters. After reading the fine (very small print) written manual about three times, i took it to the park, where was far enough from the nears trees on the windless day, to practice. Followed the prep steps and was able to learn the basic flying controls in less time that one battery lasted, in less that 30min. Very easy to understand and control this drone. Both RC joysticks and smart phone's virtual controller works well. Drone is very stable in flight and hold the altitude and direction well. I haven't try far scene videos and photos yet as not fully confident in my skills yet but pics taken from 20-50' look decent and video is smooth. 1920x1080 resolution is not the same as found in the high end drones, but low price allows to enter to this new world and have a full taste of the new experience. Looking forward to use this new outdoor companion on my outings. I would fully recommend this as a first quadcopter. A lot of fun and easy learning curve. ... show more
