I wanted the mamazing but there were complaints about the arms staying in place, so I searched elsewhere for a different , maybe simpler mechanism- since, to me, having arms for nursing is the most important part. I nursed for 1.5yrs the first time and tore my shoulder labrum, so this time, ergonomics is key. The video provided shows the chair exactly as described and there were no surprises. I'm very happy with my purchase. A few notes: - Arms discretely move in place with an audible *click*. This makes me feel like they won't slide around while nursing, but baby isn't here yet to test. Hopefully baby don't mind the clicks because I prefer the tactile feedback. You can slide up and down and swivel the arm, and raise and lower the arm in swiveled/forwarded positions without having to "reset" the arm position first. For me, I feel the arms are in a comfortable spot when you're sitting upright. - Lumbar support is surprisingly a lot- I really like it. Chair is firm but comfortable. My toddler and I have already sat together to watch a movie- I love that the seat is wider, I had a glider before and couldn't squeeze a toddler next to me to read a book. Now all three of us will be able to sit together! - Swivel and rock are smooth! theres no way to lock the chair from not rocking. I'm 5'2" and my foot reaches the ground but I'll likely use a little ottoman to push off from for simpler rocking. - Holder fits phone , Kindle and tablet. Though, the tablet strains the holder, if you hang it over the arm then u can watch a tablet with support without it drooping. Would be much harder to watch a tablet with a baby without the tablet dropping. I recorded the arm video from the holder- so u can see the holder is stable with just a phone! - You have to press and hold the home button which, to me defeats the purpose of the home button. - manual side headrest folds in, but not enough for my liking. My short head probably wouldn't even reach the folded in part. - my husband's arm is broken so I assembled the chair myself while 7mo pregnant. It was easy, husband helped me place the base and I connected the rest. About 30min. It took me a bit to figure the electronics out but everything works as expected! - I chose fabric but note that this also comes in a beautiful wipeable leather in a different listing. Fabric will be softer with better temp control on bare skin (not sticky or cold) but more apt to spills and stains so , I'm debating whether I made the right choice as my toddler already smashed cheese into this chair and we've had it for 24 hrs. For first time moms-milk will spray everywhere all the time FYI. - coloring is black base and silver cup holders, dang, it would be beautiful with gold and brown to the point where maybe I'll paint it one day idk. Fabric color is exactly as pictured and video'ed. TL:DR is this better than mamazing? IDK, but the arms are stable and in a comfortable position so that seems promising compared to mamazing reviews, with the compromise of audible clicks for adjustment (but will you really be adjusting more than once at start of nursing?) And the chair delivers all it promised and exactly as pictured . ... show more

The product arrived in two separate shipments, which I was unaware of at first, leading me to believe that some pieces were missing. After reaching out to the seller, I received a response within 24 hours, which I found to be acceptable. They informed me that a second package was on its way and provided me with a tracking number. Once the second package arrived, I was able to complete the assembly of the chair. I found it to be a very comfortable rocking chair, and both its appearance and quality seemed quite nice.
