The only complaint is that after 5 months of use they stopped working, reminder that I do keep these on almost 24/7 so this isn't completely unexpected to happen. I really liked these lights - easy to install, looked great. But less than 4 weeks after putting them up - they now won't turn on at all. I've used them maybe 6-7 times. However, Seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. (Honestly, I probably should have contacted them first before leaving a review.) They didn't ask for me to modify or delete the review, but after thinking about it for 5 seconds, these are pretty inexpensive lights, and some small % of them are going to break. So the fact that the Seller is willing to refund those ones that break removes any concern I had, since I'm betting that they continue working for 98%+ of buyers. ... show more

Took me a really long time before starting the installation. Installation was easy and to trim it there are rows of 4 exposed contact points that you can cut. I really like the RGB feature without the high cost. The control unit was less reliable. It died about 4 months of use. It also uses the same ir frequency as a lot of common media devices. So don’t be surprised if other devices in your room start turning on and off. For anyone that said that theirs stopped working- try ordering a different brand unit. I ordered a black one with the same looking remote but they are both different but operated the same. Mine has a red light that flashed under the ir transmitter and does not turn other devices on and off. ... show more

I love these under my bed! I bought back in December 2022. Ive been doing some room renovations and in the process the led lights got unplugged. When I plugged them back in, they wouldn't turn on, I bought some new batteries for the remote thinking that was the problem. Nope, still didn't work. I emailed the company, and they got back to me QUICK. They said that it could be plugged in wrong since these 2 arrows had to be pointing to each other in order to work, and they even sent a photo example. I checked and they were not connected right.
