I love this product! My daughter told me about it and so I decided to try it out. I have long thick hair and it can get dry and brittle on the ends. I don’t over easy my hair so I don’t necessarily need to wash it very often because it doesn’t get oily. I like this product because my hair feels silky smooth, it doesn’t feel heavy, and I no longer have dry brittle ends. I have what you would call wavy hair so it’s not curly, but it’s not straight and this conditioner allows me to not have to style it and it looks super natural without it looking unhealthy. I have normal-dry, virgin hair and found the moisturizing properties of this conditioner to be pretty average compared to other deep conditioners. I'm surprised it doesn't perform better due to it's rich consistency. The scent hangs around until the next day and is strong imo compared to other Davines conditioners. ... show more

I have low porosity, relaxed hair and was looking for a hydrating shampoo and conditioner. This brand/product was recommended on multiple sites for relaxed hair. The shampoo isn’t drying to my hair but definitely dried out my scalp. The conditioner seems a little thicker than a generic brand but in not sure it’s worth the price.
