I can't say enough about these little gems. They are nice and spacious, holding quite a bit of content. I find that they are easy to open, and have a lot of capacity to hold those daily intakes of vitamins and or pills. The versatility of these is great as well, I can choose to leave them on the tray, or detach them from the tray to stack up in my cabinet. They are well constructed, and well designed to accommodate even the most delicate of hands. Easy to load, and easy to retrieve. This is the best pill organizer I have found in a long long time.

Pros : - Size is great. - Colors and materials are very pretty. Quality is good; feels sturdy, not cheap. Cons : - The lids naturally flip up to about 45 degrees open, which means to get it all the way open (90 degrees), you've got to hold up the lid somehow. The partial opening is awkward if you're dispensing a large number of pills at once when filling. I use a mini-clothes pin (from sewing) to clip the lids together and upright, which helps, but a sliding cover that can be removed completely and won't eventually wear out would be better. - This is a horizontal space hog. A vertical version where the individual pillboxes can be slid in and out of a stack would be appreciated (and bought by me). - Minor : It is possible to take the containers off the gray strip that holds them together. It is not what I'd call "easily removable". If you want just one day's pills out on the counter, the storage as designed is cumbersome. I ended up pulling them all off and storing them in a separate tray for easier access. Overall this was a good buy, no regrets. Could still be improved to "fabulous" though.

Got this as a trial for my husband who couldn't fit his prescriptions, vitamins, and supplements in a normal-sized med organizer. This is BIG. This holds a 7-day supply, with an XL slot for morning and an XL slot for evening meds. He is able to fit everything into one side, which makes it where he can actually use this organizer for two weeks if he wants. The colors are nice and the material it is made from feels sturdy. We both really like how easy it is to use and how convenient it is to be able to just dump out a day's worth of meds/supplements in his hand without having to go through bottle after bottle. I plan on getting one, or maybe two, for myself. Very recommended.

When they say this is EXTRA large, they aren't kidding. We took it out of the box and laughed and laughed and laughed. It is like something that belongs in Pee-wee's playhouse. It's absolutely enormous. Which I guess is good - no chance in losing it, or not being able to read it. I mean it's so BIG that you could almost use it as a gag gift to be honest. But I can definitely see that it would have some advantages for elderly people. Like I said, the writing is very large, and you couldn't easily misplace this lol. Each day is divided into separate morning/night sections, and each is capable of holding many pills. The individual daily canisters also detach, so you can bring just "TUESDAY," or whatever day, with you in your purse/bag on a day trip if need be.

This pill box is incredibly sturdy and well-made. I especially love that each day’s compartment can be popped out and taken with you—super convenient for travel or on-the-go days. I bought one for myself and found the size perfect. I originally wanted a smaller one for my husband, but since they don’t make a smaller version, I got him the same size—and we’re both very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!
