I'm very happy with these. I bought a belt clip carabiner to attach to the key ring so I could have my pills on my belt loop and/or clipped to my purse. It's a little larger than I was looking for, but I am happy with what I received. My pills are small and this holds more than enough for my needs. Out of curiosity, and for giving this review sake, I was able to get two of my huge vitamin pills in it - so if you have the huge pills, it should hold two of them.
