My Dad has a 6 gallon tank with a curved front. I clean it every week when I visit him and you can see through the glass when I get there. He always feels bad that it is so messy. I have searched for something to help when I finally found this and he LOVES it! It is small enough to work on the curved surface so he drags it around and cleans the tank. It is so easy for him to use and he feels great about getting to do some of the work. I cannot get over the quality, effectiveness and size of this mini scrubber. It is perfect for this tank! works well. I needed to re-wipe the areas to remove smudges. Removed algae from my tank. Tank is acrylic not glass, so may have something to do with it. Great for the money it cost. Perfect size for my 2.5 gallon tank.

The media could not be loaded. I was really surprised with how powerful the magnet is on this scrubber. For the price it does the job just fine. I have a 10 gallon tank for my betta fish, and super hard water where I live that causes build up (I do 75% distilled water from the store, and 25% tap water to get perfect parameters). It will take some time to scrape off the hard water deposits, but it blows through algae no problem! Pros: small & convenient, strong magnet, removes algae with ease, and great price Cons: you have to go slow or it vibrates and makes noise that could scare fish (mine wasn’t fazed by it in the slightest, he was curious), takes some time to get hard water deposits off All in all, this device is handy as heck and certainly helps me with my dreaded tank cleanings. Seems durable like it’ll last a while, and for the price I’m very happy. In the video, I had algae spreading across the tank, and I show how it’s used and the progress it made. ... show more

This is a small but surprisingly powerful tool—perfect for cleaning glass on 10 to 20-gallon aquariums.
