This is a decent little portable tankless water heater. I mainly got it for washing my German Shepherd and Huskies, and it works great for that. It’s light, easy to move around, and puts out plenty of heat for what I need. The 41,000 BTUs warm the water fast, and it doesn’t burn through propane like I expected. It’s much lighter than my 68,000 BTU model and has fewer controls, which actually makes it simpler to use. I find myself grabbing this one more often because setup is quick and straightforward. The water pressure is good and consistent once the line is purged, and it maintains steady heat while running. The included plastic quick connects aren’t great and mine leaked a bit, so I’ll probably swap them for brass ones later. The metal shell is on the thin side and dents easily, which keeps the weight down but makes it feel a little short on durability. Mine hasn't caught fire like the other reviewer stated, but I made sure to check the wiring inside to ensure nothing was going to touch any of the hot surfaces, which I suspect is what happened to them. I did some better wire management to prevent any issues down the road. I like that it has built-in legs so I can set it right on the ground instead of hanging it. For dog baths, equipment cleanup, or even a quick outdoor shower, it does the job well. It’s not perfect, but for the price and portability, it’s a solid performer that gets used a good bit.

If I could give it 4.5 I would. Its between 4 and 5 stars. The main issue is the adapters they give with it. Plastic is not good for something portable and with water going to and from it. Aside from that it works excellent. Cold well water gets very hot. It barely uses any propane. Simple to setup. We use it to heat water for giving horses and dogs baths. The price is well worth it.
