These socks are so amazing. Their warranty is lifetime against normal wear. We wear ours hiking, around the house, anywhere! They are so comfortable and fit your feet snug. At least for me which I like. It’s like a little compression. If this makes sense. I like the fit around my arch & instep areas. You will get addicted to buying them cuz they’re just so ‘darn tough’ cute! I will share on their website they give military discount. I paid $20 opposed to $25. Again, they are guaranteed for life. Now, you can’t abuse them and they do suggest keeping your toe nails trimmed! 🤣 My husband and I each have 6 pair. They have different styles, thicknesses, colors, designs and more! Made in the USA! They seem indestructible, are always soft on the inside, last well over a year, and are literally the perfect socks. This is the kind of thing I would want as a Christmas or birthday gift as an adult, not some cheap Walmart socks. THESE, are quality, they are pricey but well worth it.

So, I hate ordering stuff like socks without being able to see and touch the product. You can read all of the product description and think you are getting something good and then when it arrives it is completely different. I have now worn a pair of these socks and I can say they fit, feel, and wear great (socks stayed up and did not fall or roll down on my leg). They are thicker than my normal hunting socks but more dense (if this makes sense) and my feet did not get cold. I have worn them with tennis shoes, they are not bulky, and the socks were not damp when I took off my tennis shoes (my feet sweat - sorry, I blame my parents for my genetics). Anyway, for me to pay this much for a pair of socks was a hard decision but feel they are a good product and well worth the money to not have wet, cold, or numb feet/toes while sitting in the woods. I’ve had these for almost a year (haven’t been on a ton of hikes but I’ve put them to work) and they’ve held up very well. Only sign of wear is a little pilling on the heel. The soles are quite cushy, but not so much that you’re slogging through your socks. My boots are waterproof so they’re a little less breathable than I’d like, but these socks make it a breeze. Beautiful vibrant color. The size L socks fit my size 11.5 -12 feet well. The socks have a medium cushion on the sole and heel and very little cushioning on top (a little less than expected). The toe area is smooth and seamless. The fabric is somewhat rough compared to other premium and non-premium brands I've tried, but I'm familiar with Darn Tough socks and this was expected. My belief is that this characteristic contributes to their durability. My last pair of Darn Tough socks, which are a different model, were also somewhat harsh feeling when new, but still proved comfortable during use and softened up after a few washings: they are still going strong. Based on past experience, I recommend these socks. I'm looking forward to using these in all seasons for travel and day hikes. ... show more

I always heard about Darn Tough socks being amazing, but I really didn't get how good they could be. I mean, $25 for a single pair of socks? Wouldn't it be better to go to Target or something and get a pack for the same price? But after using them, they're totally worth it. These socks are incredibly soft and cushioned. I bought them specifically to wear with boots because my existing socks would wear thin very easily, but these have held up very well. They work really well with regular shoes, too, but just be aware that these are probably a little thicker than your normal socks so it'll be a slightly tighter fit. I'm planning on buying some of Darn Tough's thinner socks to wear in the summer. ... show more
