This really runs small. I read the reviews and decided to buy larger. While it fits, it is snug. I think I would try another brand which may provide more generous room.

This back brace is easy to put on and wear. It's very supportive and stays in place while standing, sitting, or lieing down. If you have tender skin, you may find it abrasive after hours of wear. I'm ordering lightweight, close-fitting, stretch jersey camisoles to wear underneath it to protect my skin, and expect that will solve the issue. Experience: four spine sugeries.

I have had back surgeries, and have a lot of arthritis in my back. Although not super support, it does the job for minimal tasks. Anxious to see if the fabric is really breathable come the humid summer months.
