I had three very ugly brown spots on my left hand, I couldn't stand the way they looked. I bought this Dark Spot Remover. Honestly, even after the first time using it, my spots got so much lighter. I was amazed at how quickly it worked! I've used it a few times and they've lightened up so much, which is why I'm not regular about it, I'm so much less concerned. I don't think anyone else would even notice them now. In addition, I had Moh's surgery on my nose about a year ago, and there was still some redness to the skin there. It occurred to me I could use this Dark Spot Remover to try to get rid of that, so I've been rubbing that on my nose twice a day. It's still a bit red there, but this cream has lightened that, as well. If you have any spots or discoloration on your skin, I would highly recommend this product.     • Nothing good to say of this. It did nothing for a small dark spot.
This didn't work at all. Pure junk. I'm very fair. I tried this for 2 months. It did nothing on a small dark spot near my ear. Now, 4 months of use and this did nothing to lighten the spot. Pure junk. Save your money.

The dispensary pump is very short and I have given up trying to pump it! I’ve had to remove cap and squeeze product out to use. Ridiculous pump design. Not worth the money.

    • So far I still have dark spots. But it's a great moisturizer and wrinkle filler.
Did nothing for my personal facial dark spots at least the first week, but I notice it's a good wrinkle minimizer with regular use--in fact better for this than expensive misc. "MD" creams I've bought! I will probably come back in a few weeks if there is any reduction in my dark spots, and change my rating if so. ... show more

    • My skin does feel nice but the spots are still there.
I’m always hesitant about believing a product that promises results but I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised that HANYWIL Dark Spot Skin Care Face Cream works so well. My skin feels smoother and my brown spots have begun to slightly fade which I’m totally thrilled with. I will definitely buy this cream again. I have a lot of age spots from being in the sun when I was younger. I used this on my face and did not see much difference. However, when I applied it to the top of my hands, the sun spots are not as apparent. Yay for small victories!
