Product looks nice and is simple enough to install. Purchased the exact same model before and it worked great heating back to back bathroom sinks. This one will not heat up at all and is worthless. I used a valve to throttle the water volume going in and still not nearly warm enough with barely any water coming from the faucet. Hopefully they send me a new one to try. Install was professional quality and it was all for nothing if the heater doesn't heat the water over 80 degrees set on 131....

I have been so happy with this little water heater. I’m using it in an outdoor shower. The hot water does not last long, but that is not a problem. Really grateful that it’s worked out so nicely.

Easy hook up - just know that you're probably going to need to get a 1/2 to a 1/2 connector, or an adapter. Most sink valves are 1/2, and the outlet on this machine is 1/2. You probably have a 3/8 on your outlet now, without this machine in the middle. I will say, it does throw hot water WHEN USING - BE SURE TO ONLY PARTIALLY TURN WATER ON. Otherwise, the demand can't keep up. So experiment, I turn my water a little less than half way on, and within 10 seconds have 115 degree water. If you go full blast it won't get hot until your main hot water tank kicks on and reaches the outlet.

Then changing from Fahrenheit to Celsius. Last is to change the wattage from 4kw-3.5kw to <3kw of power if you believe the power is too much. For me. I replaced the sockets to heavy duty 20a receptacle.
