I purchased this tea after reading research regarding the efficacy of dandelion root on cancer (I’m not some nut that tries to cure heart attacks with baking soda, I’m actually a medical professional). I’ve also tried the dandelion root extract, capsules, and roasted DRE tea. The roasted tea has a taste very similar to the extract (tastes like prune juice, which I don’t mind), but I wanted to make sure I was getting the raw root since that’s what has been/is currently used in studies and clinical trials. It’s diffcult to detect the prune flavor of the dandelion root in this tea; hibiscus is the prominent flavor. It’s great if you love floral tea. The cinnamon is just barely there. I let it steep for about 8 minutes because why not. I have noticed since starting dandelion root that I have to pee more frequently, and I just feel great in general. I have about 15” of incisions from cancer removal on a Friday, and I was up and about my business on Saturday without pain or pain meds. I also started a plant based multivitamins, tumeric/pepper capsules, and alkaline water. I don’t know which of these is responsible for me feeling so great (even fixed a grinding knee that I had been taking collagen for. Guessing it was the tumeric). In any case, the tea arrived promptly and in good condition. I’ve seen a lot of complaints about packaging, but I’m guessing it’s Edward Scissorhands writing all the complaints. I don’t know if this will help my cancer or not, I guess you have to wait for an updated review. Feel free to assume if I don’t update. Update: I’m still alive.

I've used Dandelion Root tea bags for a few years since Dr Oz did a segment on it. I put a lemon bag and the dandelion root in the same cup as the dandelion root does have a bitter taste and the lemon bag offsets the bitterness (I've also used with a regular Lipton and on its own) I've read a lot of good things on the benifit of dandelion root I did not have a specific issue that prompted me to want to use this. I'm being proactive as my mother had kidney issues. I think it does help "flush" system as I do use the restroom more than before. I love that I found this on Amazon as only one grocery store around me (Boston) has the tea bags and they are almost double the price that I've found on Amazon Since I rely heavily on the reviews of others when purchasing I try to review the items I purchase. If you found my review helpful, let me know by clicking button Feb/2017 update- I've been ordering the 5 pack for almost a year now from the same seller (I share with my boyfriend and sister). Once I tried I different brand just to see if there was something better out there. I still have 17/20 of those teabags. I quickly came back to this. I also like that with my orders there's always a flier about other types of tea (example Matcha) that I have tried and enjoyed. Quality remains the same, I won't switch again unless it's warranted

This product is mild on the stomach and it is effective. It is not a strong mix, you may need two bags and leave it sitting for a stronger use. Otherwise, it works.

I have been drinking this tea daily for about a months now. I add ACV, Lemon Juice, Cayenne Pepper & a splash of honey (thank you Dr. Mandell). Between drinking this and daily exercise I am down 20lbs. I love the flavor & the vibrant pinkish color. Definitely recommend!

First several boxes in 2021-2 or so were wonderful taste and had a light pinkish hue. Last 6 boxes purchased in 2024 are just the opposite. Taste like a wood (Dandelion only), no pink hue and borderline to return it. Apparently the Hibiscus and Ceylon Cinnamon listed what was there before is missing in some batches. Not sure if on purpose to save and make it cheaper with larger profit or a problem in production mixing the ingrediencies. Most bags have only Dandelion in it what we positively recognize from own root harvesting. Please correct this production plant in Poland for UK seller!

First of all, i don't like tea. I like coffee. I drink tea only for health reasons. I've had so many friends tell me "oh, you got to try <insert any brand or flavor>" and i simply don't like it ... that is until I tried this one. This is literally the only tea I like. It has a great flavor that doesn't taste like grass or wood or prunes, or whatever. I've done research on the health benefits of dandelion tea, and I'm no expert, but if true, then it's an added bonus of drinking this tea. I'll definitely reorder this and keep it in stock. Highly recommend even if you don't typically like tea.
