Wish I knew this before hand, since I get stomach issues from artificial sweeteners. Some people say Stevia is natural. You can barely taste it, though. Unless you brew this in one of those 6 oz. China tea cups, you‘ll need two bags. Lord knows what the tea bags are made of, and the string is glued on. I can‘t give this more than 3 stars. I LOVE the star anise tea I get at a local Thai restaurant and was hoping this would taste like it. I was disappointed and wanted to return it but can’t return food items. Then I added a clove and a tiny bit of vanilla and OMG it’s the best tea ever!

Lovely appearance, great packaging, and alluring description, but the flavor/taste is off putting. All you taste is sweetener. I get zero notes of any of the apple, even cinnamon is missing . Brewed correctly according to package instructions.
