The first time I bought this, it was very good. BUT the second time I bought it again It was a COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY it tastes DIFFERENT AND AWFUL I THROW IT AWAY I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY THIS AGAIN AND I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO BUY AGAIN

I lose some weight and was able to fit into my clothes. There is no good or bad taste with it. It is drinkable. You just have to stay consistent with it and keep on buying the product in order to lose the weight that you need.

I really love this stuff. You HAVE to drink water all day when you drink this. Which you should be doing anyway. If you’re cramping and in pain you probably didn’t get enough water. I drink one class 1-2 satchels at a time I chug it and then I know later on it will RESPECTFULLY let me know it’s time. I never had diarrhea or where you don’t have a chance to go to the bathroom or anything crazy like that, but I would recommend doing it when you will be at home until you know how you are on it. Weight loss would just be water weight and the stool coming out. But it can aid in continuing your weight loss journey for sure and to refresh yourself. Sometimes Amazon makes it costly on here but as of right now 25 pack runs for around 35$ anywhere. Sometimes it’s out of stock too ... show more

If you’re backed up and or trying to loose some weight that’s more than likely excessive waste? I highly recommend this natural fiber tea. Just make sure you stay really hydrated; otherwise your poops will hurt.
