Product arrived with the ferrofluid hardened because it was stuck in at the top of the bottle. It looked like a little tic tac and couldn't shape shift. Maybe it dried out at the top, I don't know but I tried to smash the hardened black fluid but failed. Good thing I checked it before I gave it to my son before Christmas.
