Product is good quality, but the design of the top is not usable. The top, alone, without the handy zip bags, is so heavy and flimsy that it's constantly in need of either one hand holding it out of the way or the large top, flopping across the contents of the bag. I was so hopeful with the clear bags on the top for easy access, but that is not possible. Sadly, I did not need to use it until after the return date, so once I discovered the poor design, it was too late, so I put it in the top of closet to waste space. The bag itself is everything I need and is perfect for my job as a home health nurse. The frame handle broke and would not extend in the middle of my workday after 2 months. Very inconvenient. Will have to find a replacement.

I like it but not the greatest. For the price it was great, great quality, super easy to transport it has a good size, just the design is not the greatest. I use it for mobile IV & it’s not very easy to organize everything I need and maintain it organized lol. But it was ok for a starter.
