Description

Down for whatever, the Titan GORE-TEX Mitt features a water repellent and durable shell, backed by a GORE-TEX insert with Gore Warm that bolsters warmth and waterproofing. A removable Storm Liner glove is touch screen compatible, providing a frostbite-free means to keeping up with the crew, not to mention ease of drying after a long day. A Rubbertec palm means rugged durability and confident grip. The external water-resistant zipper stash is ideal for securing a locker key and cash and doubles as a heat pack pocket when the thermometer plummets.

The mittens are nice, but we had to exchange for a smaller size. When the smaller size arrived, they came with the liners, while the original size did not.

    • Size guide isn't right for liner and mitt

This is a well made lower end mitten. It comes with a liner glove for added warmth. The mitt on its own is a shell with only a little insulation, suitable for warm spring ski days. The size guide is not right and you probably want to go up one size. I have a 23 cm hand which is right in the middle of Dakine's recommendation for size L. Trying just the mitt by itself or the liner by itself, they fit great. The problem is if you try to actually wear them together, it's impossibly tight.     • Its an odd fit - Finger compartment is about 1 -2 to inches too long

The glove is well made and the material is good but the part where your fingers go is way to long, so then it just feels like an odd shape and an off fit. its felt like wearing a show that was 5 times too long in the front. the fit around the hand was good but the finger compartment is about 1 -2 to inches too long ... show more

I like the glove liners that come with the mittens. I left my brand new mittens on first ride up the gondola. When I reached the summit, I thought I was going to be very unhappy. Then I realized I had the liners in my jacket pocket. I rode down the hill a few times only using my liners snowboarding. The third ride up someone had left my mittens on a chair for me to find!
