I had high expectations for the Daiwa S500JP Electric Reel 23 Leo Blitz, but unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a disappointment. The reel refuses to charge properly, and despite following the instructions carefully and troubleshooting, it's completely dead. I’ve tried multiple charging methods, and the charging light doesn't even come on. For a premium-priced product, this is incredibly frustrating, especially since I was looking forward to its power and convenience while fishing. I’ve had electric reels before, and this is by far the most unreliable one. I contacted customer support, but they were slow to respond, and when they finally did, they just suggested more troubleshooting steps that didn’t help at all. In the end, I’m stuck with an expensive, non-functional reel that I can't use. I regret purchasing it and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. ... show more
