Always look at each piece of the furniture puzzle before putting anything together! We put one chair together & it was ok. I did like the look & style. It didn’t feel as sturdy as it was implied. The second chair pieces had defects with the wooden legs. They were warped and did not fit flush. We had to do some creative fittings… lucky my husband is a carpenter 😣 ... show more

Comfortable, sturdy, nice product! Works great for my handicapped husband that has problems standing. Came missing a part. Customer service told me to buy my own and they would give me a discount for my inconvenience. Bought my own part but never received the discount. Very disappointed!
