These chairs are very good quality for the price. The fabric is thick and the seat is comfortable. We had an issue with one of the rivets on the chair back that were misaligned and the seller acknowledged and replaced it asap. Very good customer service!!

I purchased these because they were inexpensive for 4. I received them on time as expected and easy to assemble. It took my husband 20 minutes to put together without using instructions. They look gorgeous and expensive but aren’t. As far as comfortability, they’re ok if you sit on them for a little bit and not extensively. Overall I give them a 4 because they’re inexpensive and look great!

I am very pleased with my purchase. The order of chairs arrived on time and packaged well. Assembly was a breeze, other then you want to use a drill (on slow!)for the drywall screws that anchor the crossbars on legs, unless you got mad sceedriving skills! * One of the four chairs I ordered arrived undamaged but was made wrong. It was the back piece that connects to the seat. The bolt holes wasn't predrilled enough for the bolt given to be tightened without pushing out the back of the chair... But the seller immediately responded by replacing the item and the new one arrive quickly and undefective. I can't say they are top quality, but they are awesome quality for the price you pay per piece! They look great and seat well, and I'm a big person (250lbs).

Loved the look in the box. Unfortunately, the screws are about an eighth of an inch too long so they pop out thru the back of the wood and crack the wood! Very visible! The entire product is cheap. I wouldn’t have wanted to sit in these anyways. Stiff and not comfortable. Maybe they changed the design from before because as of October 2021, these stools will never work if assembly has all screws longer than what’s needed. They will all pop out the other side and ruin the entire strip of wood backing and wood legs.

Chairs are good for price. Problem is minor quality problems.Very hard to assemble and easy to damage during assembly due to poor quality and manufacturing process. There are no pilot holes in the chair legs for the cross beam attachment screws. The holes would easily fix the problem. This causes the worst case opportunity for the wood to split not to mention the near impossibly of inserting the screws. And since there are virtually no assembly instructions other than pictures it was a challenge even for me, an engineer, to assemble. If you use a drill to start the hole everything goes together fine. The frustrating problem is the company put a very nice card in the box stating in the case of problems don't contact the seller contact them directly and they will get back to you within a couple days. But that did not happen. On two of the four chairs purchased the chair feet attachment threads were recieved damaged from the manufacturing process. This caused some of the chair leg feet to break upon assembly. As directed I promptly sent notice, with pictures, of the damaged parts requesting them to send replacement parts. That was a 10 days ago and no response. Now I have two non useable assembled chairs waiting for the very low cost parts. It's not worth the trouble to disassemble and return so I will just drill out the feet and go out to the hardware store to find something that works. These problems could easily have been avoided by implementing some very low cost production changes at the factory. Bottom line is disregard the company's claim of customer support and be ready for the assembly challenge.
