This is a very well made pillow. My first impression was that it looked quality and had a had a very cushy feel. I took it to the hospital for my husband who is recovering from an accident and has been complaining about the hospital pillows for a week now. Turns out this is the perfect pillow for that situation. It's shape cradles his head nicely and you can flip it to adjust if you need the thicker side for more of a boost or the thicker side for sleeping. He loves it and I fully intend on buying a second for myself!

I got 2 of these with the hopes of helping with my sleepless nights and to gift one to my husband to try out as well, as our tastes in pillow firmness vary. It does help but not as much as I anticipated. It's taken me a few weeks to find a comfy spot. Some nights are better than others. The material is harder then expected, does not have a lot of flexibility.

I can honestly say this is the best pillow I have ever slept on. It is very soft, but supports my neck perfectly! I have had a lot of aches in my shoulder lately and this has helped tremendously! I am actually sleeping throughout the night. I absolutely love the feel of this pillow. My husband is trying to take it from me, so I will have to get another one. This pillow is worth every cent!

The pillow appears to be well-crafted , but it's impossible for me to sleep on it as it is incredibly firm. The foam doesn't provide any give, and it feels like lying on a solid log, which is caused discomfort and hurts the back of my head.

Like sleeping on the softest cloud. This thing is awesome. I was skeptical of memory foam being from a more traditional pillow, but it has been great so far. The pillow also has great ventilation which is probably my favorite feature. However, it does have a little bit of an odor. I did not use for pain relief.
