Description

This new cnc dust shoe, based on ARC design, more lighter, more flexible, and more convenient for daily use and maintenance. The frame body is made of ABS material, and the brush is made of nylon. Check the screws regularly to avoid falling off and damage the tools, and replace the brushes in time to ensure the effectiveness of the dust collection. Pros: -Price -effective dust collection, even with Rigid 12gal shop vac powering it Cons: -It limits about .5 inches (12mm) of travel left to right when the spindle is down low -- they need to redesign it to be more narrow -It hit the brace at the bottom of my Z-axis, I had to grind that to round it AND melt / Bend the back side so it would slide up and down mostly freely -- not completely freely (it needs to be half an inch shorter on the back side as well - it really does not stay ont he spindle all that well. ... show more

Lightweight, quality dust boot. I had to return it, because it wouldn't fit on my 80mm spindle, due to clearance issues with the bottom of the z axis extrusion. I wish it would've fit, and I even considered making modifications to make it work. Nice boot for the money tho.
