This was worth every penny. I bought it for a 5 year old grandson who was visiting for three weeks. It was completely comfortable, no complaints. And it wasn't just a bed for him, he used it daily to slide over my hardwood floors from room to room. As an added benefit it folds into a very comfortable chair that is just right for my 5'1'' short legs. While there are zippers, implying it can be washed, I can't find any washing instructions...and heaven knows after three weeks as a slide as well as a bed, it needs washing. Starting off this bed is not for anyone tall or 5'6 and up. As someone 5'6 my feet hang off the bed which cause my knees to bend in a bit and its not good since I have an injury so we use it for kids when they sleep over. The biggest downside is the headrest part that sticks up nearly a foot which causes ur neck to insanely arch and is incredibly uncomfortable. To sleep properly u need to prop a pillow against it lowing another 4-6" of space so with the length being just under 70" ur already down to 64-66" of space. If the head part was able to go flat this would be such a great replacement so I wouldn't have to curl up. Thanks to this you'll wake up with more aches, so if you're looking for a bed replacement and you're over 5'3 I would highly recommend a diff bed. ... show more

I needed something for if I had to spend the night in my baby’s room while they aren’t feeling well or crying all night. This gets the job done and I don’t feel like a slept on a cheap futon all night. I do bring some extra throw pillows for comfort but good, supportive foam. A tall or larger weight person might do well with buying two for extra room. I am thinking about getting an extra just to be super comfy on those tough nights! I had one of these years ago that I absolutely loved. After many years of good use both at home for the first part of its life and on the road touring as a musician the latter, it finally had to be retired. I went several years until deciding I wanted to get another so I got online and found/ordered this. It arrived and as was expected. I was/am thrilled to have another of these now but I will admit I am not happy that they are now charging quadruple for these now than what I bought my last one for many years ago. This foam lounge/ fold out bed is fantastic- better than I expected. (No I was not paid to give this review) I had been looking for a short foam game seat for my kids and husband for our bedroom. I wanted pink because that is the primary color in our room which ended up being very hard to find. Initially I was looking at getting a Nugget couch but they are hard to score, then they discontinued all the pink covers and I decided not to try for one. Of course they ended up releasing some for the Nugget Lotto but I had already purchased this and when it arrived I was definitely pleased. It is a forgiving foam but also firm enough to hold 2 adults and a preteen together. I bought the widest size they offered (48”) and it is perfect for the space I needed it for. It will work well for gaming and for our family to lounge on in our room. For reference the bed in the picture is a standard king on its metal frame but with no additional bed frame around it to raise it any higher than a few inches off the floor. I decided to get two 20” long lumbar pillows to go with the chair for added cushion but the back is rather soft and forgiving if anyone is wondering. Also, it did smell chemically when we received it which is understandable given that it is vacuum sealed when it was shipped. We opened it up and laid it out and wiped it down on all sides with diluted white vinegar and let it air out overnight. Within two days the scent was completely gone and I feel confident that it is clean and safe to use since vinegar is a natural cleanser and deodorizer. 👍🏻 ... show more
