Specially designed to protect your mouthpiece, the Reserve mouthpiece patches (or “cushions”) are ideal for clarinetists and saxophonists of all ages and abilities. Our unique material adheres securely to the mouthpiece, yet enables easy removal or transferal when needed; it will not leave residue. Ideal for educational purposes, the Reserve mouthpiece patch prevents the teeth from sliding on the mouthpiece. It can be a useful tool in promoting the correct development of various aspects of embouchure and tone production, especially how much mouthpiece to take and the prevention of biting.

As a saxophonist, the pack of five is a little unnecessary, but I used all of them and they haven’t fallen off once. I would say though you have to dry/clean the sides after playing. Very good product, very sticky, and very soft. 10/10 recommend.

Goodt quality, very good price. As stated in the title, the quality of this patches is comparable to the pricier Vandoren ones. Also, the shape is similar. Update on 12/06/2019. The patches tend to get off the mouthpiece easily. i.e. they do not stick as strongly as the Vandoren ones.

I've never played a woodwind, so I had no idea what these were before my daughter asked me to buy them. We've now purchased this brand three times in both the black and the clear, and she has been happy with them and keeps asking me to buy the same brand.

I love these mouthpiece pads. I’ve always been a fan of them, but I love the thickness of these specifically. The only downside is when you eventually replace them, it can leave a sticky residue. But it can be washed off if you scrub the mouthpiece down well enough.
