  • Great price with coupon! Comes with fenders and a storage rack!
I recently purchased the CycleOn The Long Range Foldable Electric Bike, 500W, 20" Tires, 20MPH, LCD Multifunction Display with USB Port and couldn't be more pleased. This bike is perfect for commuting, day-to-day activities, and even for fun adventures. With its foldable design, I can easily store it in my car trunk or closet to save space. The Long Range Electric Bike also ensures safety with its front and rear double disc brakes, horn, bright LED headlamp, and LED rear light for night riding. I love that it has three riding modes; pure electric, pedal-assist, and classic bike mode. The multifunctional LCD display is also very helpful in controlling and monitoring my ride. The 26*4.0 inch fat tires, SHIMANO 7*3 speed gears, and high performance shock absorbers make this bike perfect for all terrain adventures. The assembly was of medium difficulty, but the detailed instructions and high-quality parts made it a breeze. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend the CycleOn The Long Range Foldable Electric Bike to anyone looking for an ebike that is perfect for commuting, day-to-day activities, or just having a fun assisted ride! *5* stars! ... show more

  • good looking bike with defects
This bike arrived well packaged but we were unable to assemble it even for a test drive due to the front wheel breaks mounting bent and out of alignment and front fork being strangely narrow. Also the bike is pretty heavy: it is not 45lbs as they claim - it is at least 62 pounds with fenders, pedals, battery and foot stand. Seller had never responded to our inquiries. That left us no choice but send it back ... show more

  • Great Long Range EBike
I recently had the opportunity to test CycleOn The Long Range Foldable Electric Bike, and I must say, I was impressed by its performance and convenience. First off, the bike is equipped with a powerful 500W motor that allows for a top speed of 20mph, making it easy to get around quickly and efficiently. The 20" tires provide a smooth ride, and the foldable design makes it easy to store and transport, whether you're commuting to work or taking it on a road trip. One of the standout features of this bike is the LCD multifunction display with a USB port. This display provides useful information such as speed, battery level, and distance traveled, and the USB port allows you to charge your phone or other devices on the go. It's a small but incredibly useful addition that sets this bike apart from others in its class. But what really impressed me about this electric bike is its long-range capabilities. With a fully charged battery, I was able to ride for over 50 miles before needing to recharge, which is impressive for an electric bike in this price range. And when it's time to recharge, the battery can be fully charged in just a few hours. Overall, I would highly recommend the CycleOn Electric Bike to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient mode of transportation. Its powerful motor, smooth ride, and long-range capabilities make it an excellent choice for commuters, travelers, and anyone who wants to explore their surroundings in style. ... show more

  • Very High Quality bike, Some Small Problems
Overall, this is a very nice bike. I would really love to be able to give it a solid five stars. Unfortunately, there are a couple of issues with it that take away from what is otherwise a quality product. Putting the problems aside, this bike is basically very well-designed and built. The casting for the frame is good and the welds are nice and solid. The shifter, derailleur, and gears are high-quality. The paint is very nicely done. The wheels and tires are solid and robust. Once I figured out how to get the bike running, operation is nice and smooth. The motor seems powerful enough for any purpose we’ll ever put it to. The way it folds down is very clever and handy for storage (although it takes quite a bit of physical strength to fold the frame back on itself). There is even a little rest designed into the frame for the bike to sit on when it’s folded, which I think is very good attention to detail. Now to the issues. First off, there are areas on the front fork and the passing alert bell that have the paint chipped off. This just means that I’ll have to get some black touch-up paint, so to me that’s really just a minor annoyance. More problematic is the fact that the plastic trim piece on the back fender was loose in the box. This might seem like another small issue, but that trim is more than just cosmetic. The end of the fender that it is supposed to cover is extremely rough-cut and sharp. I managed to work the trim piece back on (wearing good gloves!), but as hard as I tried it does not seat quite right, so I’ll have to figure out some way to finish that fender off that will last. Maybe I can epoxy the trim in place. If that doesn’t work I’ll have to try to grind the end of the fender smooth and repaint it. I’ve assembled and worked on non-electric road and mountain bikes before, but the design of this bike is unusual, so I needed some information to efficiently get this together and working. Unfortunately, the instruction manual that came with this bike is not very good. The assembly instructions are minimal. The illustrations and photographs that are supposed to illustrate steps are hard to interpret. Some parts, like the kickstand and the headlight, are not mentioned at all in the assembly instructions, so you have to kind of guess and experiment to get it all worked out. There was a little front reflector hanging from the handlebar that doesn’t tighten enough to fit the bar, is not mentioned, and as far as I can see serves no real purpose, so I took it off. Again, none of that was impossible to work through, but it’s annoying with a product this expensive. I spent a good part of the afternoon with the bike on my work stand, and once I had it all assembled I discovered that the front brakes scraped constantly. The calipers were misaligned, and realigning them is not an unexpected or very difficult fix if you have a little bit of experience. After getting the calipers dialed in, though, the front brake still scraped, but only intermittently. It turns out that the front brake disc is warped. That is harder for someone with my equipment and experience to get right, so I’ll probably have to take the bike to a shop to have the front disc professionally trued or replaced. Once I got it together and sound enough to test-ride, I discovered that there is no direct information in the manual how to actually turn the bike on and use it. There is half a page on how to plug in the charger, then four and a half pages of precautions and road safety tips. I’m new to e-bikes, so this was a problem. It took quite a bit of experimentation with only the parts illustration in the manual to provide the clues I needed to get it running. Just so you know, once you get the seat/battery in place and plugged in, you press a little round button under the seat until it lights up and locks down. Then you press and hold a button marked “M” on the little control panel until you get a display. There is a lock and key mechanism in front of the seat, but it’s not mentioned in the instructions and I don’t believe it has anything to do with operating the motor. It seems to just make the seat/battery harder to steal. This bike represents a pretty substantial investment in a good piece of well-built equipment. It’s a shame to have to deal with all those little problems, but all-in-all it will probably be worth it. ... show more

  • Issues with assembly
This could be a good bike, but mine came broken, I can't assemble front wheel as two sides of handle are misaligned and because they are metal I can't fix it. And I can't return it because of the size, it's huge. I'm very disappointed.
