I was worried that I chose the best bike trailer for my varied needs, carry a artist easel ,chair, supplies, lunch, etc.,Going bike camping, heading to beach as I live in a shore town,grocery shopping. I was not dissapointed . This thing is awesome ! Came well packed, set up..POOF in 5 min , wheels snap in place, LOVE the FATTIES !Worked perfect on two rides first weekend , offroading relaxing in a field, next day over sand and gravel with EASE at the beach ! Oh the life enjoyment this will add to my biking is imeasurable! I was worried about the weight to pull, but this rolls like a breaze. A lady seeing me coming asked for a ride in jest You know this rolled so easy, I was tempted to try. Got the black one, bag quality, frame, wheels,connector to bike all top notch stuff. I love it and would buy another...start a train ? 11/22 Update...Tried to get ahold of BikeAid for assistance, found the number on the cardboard shipping box, they sent me the wrong replacement part, now I cant get any help, nobody knows how to get ahold of them, and I lost the box with the number on it. This item arrived in very thin cheap cardboard box, that had holes you could put your arm through. Poor quality shipping indicates poor quality product. DID NOT OPEN...WILL NOT PURCHASE. Returning to buy different brand. For a $350 bike trailer this is a rip-off!

Amazing addition to the eBike. Tows like a dream. Trailer came with the hitch needed to attach it to the bike. Trailer assembly took about 5 minutes with no tools needed. You will need a wrench to attach the hitch to the bike. Shipped with tires deflated so you will need to inflate them. Con: wish it came with the pins needed to support the middle partition and right side rails when not using the center supports. ... show more

cart seems decent , i like it. the problem is the wheels were not slick tread. they are very agressive tread, difficult to pedal and when turning tire grabs pavment too hard and bend camber angle. wheel flopppy and knobby. they are krusader tyre. wish were more like hookworm. how can i get smooth tire. ... show more

This item was delivered without the tow bar and missing the pins/clips that keep the side rails mounted. I have been contacted regarding the missing items. I'll update my review, again, after receipt of same. All missing items were promptly shipped to me. I'm a happy customer.

From the time I opened the box until I had it together was less than 15 minutes. Looks nice and sturdy. Can't wait to try it out. Update: I added some custom PVC rod holders, a Robo Cup beverage holder and a handle to the front near the hitch attachment. It's really the perfect beach cart, surfboard carrier, fishing cart, grocery getter. I'm an old dude and live in FL and can pedal it loaded up, but it's a bit strenuous. I would recommend getting a multi speed bike, or moped to tow it if you have lots of gear, long distances or have alot of hills to climb. ... show more
