It will only cover the seat, not the entire stroller, so you may want to cover the basket below too, I did it with a big trash bag so whatever is in there won’t get wet. Kid is happy with the velcro window as we can open it & still able to interact with them. Fits perfect and has air holes. The Velcro portion is a great size for access. Not this doesn’t cover the entire thing and would recommend getting something to keep your things in the onboard basket dry
