So I bought this after getting an ASUS previously, which broke down from heat within a week. What a difference. Normally I build my own but I wanted to try out a premade from the same company I bought one from when I was a lot younger. Still just as amazing Packaging was almost too smooth, it was even tough to get out of the box, but man, it was safe. Bubble wrap, packaging inside the computer to keep parts safe, everything. Quality packaging. Huge complements to Cyberpowerpc for this. This computer is awesome. It's quiet, water cooled, and has great airflow. It's fast, no problems with accessing BIOS, and runs great so far. Gaming is smooth, the fans don't spaz out and rattle the case, sits around 25-30C when idle, and when gaming it gets to 55-60C at max. Very smooth transition from my old computer to this in regards to moving things over. The wifi in the motherboard was incredibly easy to install (I used to have a plug in wifi adapter) and instantly worked with my home wifi. The very few downsides so far... One is that they have a 2TB HDD in it instead of any SSD for main storage. I mean, its not a huge deal since i just put in my other 1TB SSD so the larger can be for single player games, general storage, etc. Another downside is the PSU. It's only a 600W. Granted, it should be okay to deal with what is inside. If it fails, i'll move my 750w over and play with the cords. Overall. I am very pleased with this. 9/10 stars! ... show more

I'll be mostly using this PC for Lightroom Classic and for streaming consoles. So far I've only used Lightroom Classic and played some PC games. For what I've used it for it works really good. I have my PC paired with a 27 inch Acer Predator 240HZ 1080p gaming monitor. No problems with the PC booting up right out of the box. I'll update this review later down the road when I get another monitor and start streaming. Update: I now have to 27 inche predator monitors. I upgraded the RAM from 16gb to 32gb. PC is powerful enough to play a PC game and stream it from the same PC. Runs amazingly good for what it has in it. I also bought a 16 TB high performance HDD for gaming and editing. ... show more

I only have one con about this product which is something I fixed and it was super minor. After plugging everything in and turning the computer on none of the RBG lights for any of the fans illuminated. Long story short I had to takeoff the black side panel and I found a wire that came disconnected, reconnect to the cable put the cover back on and took the photos. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase I’m gonna put this PC to the test and I will update this review in a couple of weeks. ... show more

I believe in second chances. Maybe the first was defective. It lasted about a problematic week with several errors causing restarts. It's a computer; they're complicated. Hoping the problems would clear as the machine updated, it only got worse. I called CyberPower customer service. Dude was friendly enough, offering instructions for re-installing Windows - or offering to have it repaired at their warehouse if i shipped it at my expense. I followed the instructions to no avail and wound up with a computer that absolutely wouldn't boot. So I returned the first one. No thanks to Amazon, I had to pay $100 more for the second as they wouldn't offer an even exchange through the price increase. But it was still a very well specced machine for the price so I bit the bullet and bought it again. Apparently well specced means using the worst and cheapest parts they can cram into the box. The one bright side is that it's very quiet and good looking, but that doesn't help when the machine doesn't work otherwise. I got the second one today. It wouldn't even send a signal to the monitor at it's first power up. Eventually it did, but even before getting through the initial setup process, I got the black screen pictured. So now i'm not even going to go through the problematic week before it'll almost certainly, again, irreparably fail. They can have this machine back too. I will never again order another CyberPower PC product and will strongly advise others the same. ... show more

They had a great Black Friday deal for a really good PC, so had to jump on it. Definitely a great PC! Day one, it's running smoothly and two hours of gaming I'm able to game on High graphics while running a video in the background. It was very easy to setup and I'm happy with it so far! The only downside is the included mouse is NOT reprogrammable, so if you need that function you still need to buy a new mouse with the PC. The included keyboard is nice and works well. ... show more

I liked the PC for like the first week after purchase. Then it started to show signs of its low quality. The LED lights within started to get really wonky, now they don't even work anymore. Anytime I try to play COD (on low settings btw) I get blue screened and the whole PC crashes. Now it won't even let me open up COD. Even low graphic games like Phasmaphobia will crash because the GPU can't handle anything really. I contacted Cyber PC hoping to get some answers. They told me I probably have a bad GPU and said they would send a replacement. So I thought, sweet problem solved. But no, I sent that email back in June and when I try to get updates on the part I'm told the work ticket doesn't even exist or that it was fulfilled. I've had this PC since April 24th, 2022 I wish i wouldn't have bought it but here we are. I shall just warn anyone else if you're thinking of buying. ... show more
