Problems with the water from the tank in the front not releasing to the second reservoir in the back. We started to put water directly in the second reservoir, which would get it to make a small amount of ice, but this product was too expensive to constantly fight with. We tried cleaning it and followed all the troubleshooting tips and nothing worked. The machine looked nice, the ice that it did make was good, and I was happy with the noise level but it stopped working within the first 30 days. I would not recommend.

Had this a few days now and it is working great. Very easy to set up and get started. Just be sure and remove the tape from the ice shovel before starting. I found it to be reasonably quiet while making ice, around 55 decibels and a little higher when dumping cubes into the tray. It fits and looks nice on our counter top. The cubes aren’t real big but are good enough for drinks and it turns out cubes very quickly. This has turned out to be a good buy for the money.

So far so good. We love the small ice chunks. Its easy to set up, easy to fill. Our favorite part is that the water canister comes out for easy access to clean and see when it needs to be refilled.

It makes ice faster than expected but this is not a freezer to house your ice. Immediately after it makes the ice, you need to store it in ice bags they give. They’re poor quality. In one day the first bag has a hole and the string to close it broke. Meanwhile, while ice was being made (takes about 30 mins for a full bin), the first fallen ice has sat there, melting. So now you need to stop, go and drain the water in the reservoir, then start all over and all you have is about 2-3 cups of ice. It’s great ice, great shape, wet if you use it immediately but I feel like I need to be home all day and babysit. I don’t know if I’ll continue the journey or not. It is a lot of work.

So far I love this ice maker. It is constantly full of ice as it makes ice very quickly compared to my old one. The ice is much better and surprisingly lasts longer even though it's smaller. I guess because it's packed together tighter in the cup. Will update if any issues but so for it's great!
