Hello I wasn’t sure how to update an old review I had so I am just changing it all together. Earlier I thought I had a defective product from this company but turned out to just be user error. The customer service of this company is spectacular, with quick response, friendly customer service agents, and care for wanting to correct the issue with the customer in mind. I spoke with them trough the messenger option here and they were very quick to want to resolve the issue and if it truly was a product defect, they were willing to send me a brand new scope with no charge to me. I highly recommend this company to anyone, and I am excited to test this scope out at the range and will update with a review later to talk about how it performs.     • Quality optics and a circular reticle that can be used with red, green or no color.
Product arrived in a timely manner and was very well packaged. No damage to report. This is a 1 X 6 X24 LPVO rifle scope with 30 mm Cantilever Mount. This scope has the capability to turn on 5 levels of red & green illumination for your scope center. I picked this scope up to place on the A/R 15 5.56 that I am currently building. I have taken this scope into the woods to look through to judge what I see with it. I am quite pleased. The optics are clear, it has scope covers that are see through and have a yellow tint. They can easily be flipped up for use without covers. The power can easily be adjusted from 1 to 6 power with various stops throughout. It has an adjustment ring for eye relief. On the left side of the scope it has a turret to adjust the color desired with 5 settings for red and green. Also can be used without color which is a nice feature if the battery fails for some reason. On the top is the elevation adjustment turret. Covers must be removed to adjust. 1 click is 1/2 inch at 100 yards. Windage turret is on the right side in line with the other 2 turrets. It is also 1 click 1/2 inch at 100 yards. the elevation and windage caps work well. I added a small amount of grease to the threads for ease in use. The scope comes with a 30mm Cantilever Mount which seems to be of a good quality. I will mount with this and make sure it will hold up to rounds put downrange. I experienced a little trouble replacing the cover after placing a battery, which is included, but finally got it to go on. Not sure if it is a design problem or just how mine came out. I can work with it. Overall I am quite pleased with this product even though the price point was very reasonable. We will see how it works out over a period of time . It weighs in at 1 lb 5.1oz (599g) with the included cantilever mount and lens caps. That’s not terribly heavy in my opinion. It probably gets a little extra weight due to the cantilever, if it were just rings it would likely drop a tad. The reticle is plenty nice and illumination is great. But the design is interesting. They do provide an explanation of what everything means though. The turrets are very clean and smooth as well. The general machining and finish is very nice and clean. The lens caps are view-through and of decent quality. The main complaint I have is for the magnification ring. It is very stiff and there’s no way to add a lever since it has a bit of a built in nub. Overall though, it’s a pretty nice LPVO for the price. ... show more

This is a pretty decent scope that is good for AR-15s and such. The optics are clear and it is pretty easy to use. The only thing I found is that the protective lense fell out of the pop up upon opening the package.

    • OK for the price
When looking at a scope in this price range, it's not fair to be super critical. The lenses are usefully clear. The tube is sturdy, nicely machined and well finished. The magnification ring moves smoothly and the elevation and windage knobs moved the reticle predictably. It comes with a sturdy base/ring and useable flip up caps. Will this scope hold up to field use? I can't say yet but I will update the review after it goes to the range. In the mean time, the biggest criticism I have is the silly reticule. There are hash marks on the vertical and horizontal that are strictly ornamental. Also, the weight is given as 8.5 oz. I got 13.3 for the scope alone. With the base and rings, it's over 21 oz. Still, it it holds zero and doesn't fog, it seems like a good deal for the money. ... show more

This is really a nice one. The build quality is good; I was unable to see any distortion at 1X magnification, which was impressive. The lens caps are see-through and slightly tinted, but you can still see enough to shoot even if you leave them closed in a rush. There are 5 levels of brightness for red, and 5 for green. The lowest level is visible in a dark environment, but is washed out by moderate ambient light. The highest setting is QUITE noticeable, even in daylight! I think most people will do fine with the in-between levels. Setup was easy, and the scope comes pre-installed on a cantilever mount. Zero held nicely despite impacts and banging. Glass clarity was great. Eye relief is at about 4 inches and is fairly forgiving at 1X. The magnification ring doesn't have a full lever on it - it's got a projection that gives you some purchase on the ring. It's still totally workable and the rest of this scope more than compensates. Overall, this is a great scope. It fully gets the job done and also is good for getting your feet wet in the optics world before spending cast amounts of cash on a super expensive LPVO. ... show more
