Got this for my 7 year old, he absolutely loves it. He’s been using it on a bunch of different materials just trying to get a feel for what tip does what on different surfaces. Battery life seems to be holding up great, is very sturdy and easy for him to use comfortably. Update: it no longer works unfortunately. It’ll turn on for maybe 2 seconds then turn itself off. Bought two for my grandsons. They loved it! After about a month one stopped working. Emailed them, they responded immediately. Replaced the engraver with upgrade!

    • Unreliable product that no longer worked after 2 months and 2 uses; very poor customer support.
I have used the engraving kit over the 2 months that I had the product. The third time I tried using it, it kept shutting off. Finally, it no longer would turn on. I contacted Resparked asking if I should ask for a refund from Amazon. I was contacted by the company twice with the exact same questions, even though the second person who contacted me forwarded back my answers to the first inquiry. The asked me to provide them with "A short video showing what happens when you try to turn it on". Bottom line, nothing! They want me to take a picture of the device not turning on when I press the on button? Based on the device not even lasting 2 months or more than 2 uses and the lack of customer support by the company, I would avoid considering this product if you are looking for an engraving device. ... show more
