I liked the face of my dog on the pillow. But as far as the size I measured it and it was only about 11 inches I ordered 16inches so it was smaller than anticipated. The feet on the pillow don't even look like my dogs feet. They almost look like cat feet he was a big boy the paws just don't look like his. I would of cut between front paws more. It just seemed like your machine was running out of ink cause it seemed very light. I know he has a lot of white and light hairs but from your pictures on your site it seemed like higher quality even with lighter color fur. I got it because I lost my special dog on Christmas Eve and it's been very hard on our whole family I got it for my sister dog to help her cope with the loss of her fur buddy/uncle Spike. She laid her head on it many times since she got it this afternoon. And when she goes to Heaven to be with him. I want it back for myself.
