The order came quickly! Took maybe a week....if that. When I received the package, it was wrapped securely and perfectly.....which is definitely a plus! In most cases, when things are packaged poorly, they're obviously going to arrive damaged. Not this product. You can tell the company cares about the fragility of the item. When I plugged everything in to make sure it was functional, it worked like a charm! I'm definitely glad I got the dimmer switch too and I would strongly suggest it. The low has a nice ambient effect and the medium setting is really bright, which means the highest setting will light up the whole room and then some. I have no idea if the product will still work in a few months, but I'll do a follow up to let everyone know. Otherwise, it's a great looking product and will look nice in my recording studio!

We're extremely happy with our custom neon sign from Yatvro! Our nephew and soon-to-be niece, had a custom neon sign made by Yatvro of their last name and first used it to take pictures underneath of it at their engagement party. When they move into their new home, it will be hung as a centerpiece behind their bar. After seeing it at their engagement party, I asked where he had it made and he shared Yatvro's Amazon link with me. The next day we ordered ours. We received it quickly (actually ahead of the original ETA we were given) and I hung it up in my garage (aka: man cave). It's high quality, bright and offered several lighting options (level of brightness, strobe effects, etc). We love it, have received quite a few compliments and several inquiries from neighbors about where we got it from.

Honestly I thought that it wouldn't be that good of a sign because the price was so low compared to other sites that I was looking to buy from. However, when I plugged it in and it lit up, I had to look away because of how bright it is! You almost can't stare at it too long because of how strong the light is! It is so amazing and the words are cut out perfectly. It is so cute and transformed our entire apartment, covering it with it's red light. I love this and I would totally give it as a gift!

I've had my sign since April, and I love it!! I love everything about it. I was skeptical at first, but pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It's bright and vibrant. It comes with hooks or can be mounted, and it was really easy to install. I love the remote, that's my favorite part. I use them when I livestream on social media. I plan on purchasing another sign for another business that I have. I recommend this sign, shipping was fast, and it was packaged well. Great investment. Not much for reviews but that my honest one, hope it helps :)

Got this for my new small business and I love how it came out!! The shipping was so fast less than a week , i got the control dimmer option which im glad i did because it can be pretty bright. I also got the option to include the wire to hang it but the wire is way too long so I will be mounting it to my wall with screws. Overall it’s super lightweight, easy to use you just plug it in and use the control. I got the warm white color option and I believe I got the 25” and I’m glad I did because the 18” would have been way too small. The 20% off coupon they had really came in clutch!

This product was easy to order and came quickly. It was perfect for my wedding this past weekend, the brightness was adjustable, there are so many settings that you can choose from, getting the remote was such a good decision! I was able to control it from my table. This was a HUGE hit at my wedding, everyone took pictures infront of it and now I have a sign to use at my house for our bar. The bright white light softens too so it’s not too harsh for everyday home use. I searched so many companies before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!

We love our sign that we ordered for a photo op at our wedding and now it hangs on our “game room” wall. Perfect size, exactly as expected through the ordering instructions we filled out. It comes with a remote you can use (with the added adaptor that it also comes with) or you can just plug it in and have it solidly on. I like using the remote to adjust brightness, because at 100% it is pretty bright and overtakes the rest of the lighting in our room. I would definitely recommend this seller for a quality product that looks and functions great. We got so many compliments on it at the wedding and it worked perfectly the entire night.
