Excellent product! We custom ordered the sign for a baby shower. It came within 2 weeks. It’s great quality and even has a dimmer for high, medium and low. The pictured dont do it justice and we got the smallest one. Easy to put the chain on to hang it or use anchors to secure it to the wall. All you need is a USB cube.

My 9 year old granddaughter loved the neon sign with her name on it. Love the color and how easy it was to put it up on the wall. Will buy another one for my other granddaughter.

I got this for my daughter as a surprise for her new bedroom, to go above her new bed setup. She was very excited when I gave it to her. She loves it. I showed her on the brightest of 3 settings and she immediately asked, what about Judah (her brother who shares the new room)?" I showed her the brightness options and on the lowest it will work nicely for the room. The middle and high setting are both so bright that they light the entire room up light a pink light bulb. So probably won't ever be using those. Would be great for other uses of these signs though! I've posted an image of what the program shows when you customize to show the difference between what you see and what you get. For instance, the heart above the "i" in her name is significantly larger than expected, and is just an outline rather than a filled in shape. It'salso not quite the shapa shown. I was a little disappointed by that part. The heart I chose to add at the end is in a different position than shown, and is also not quite as dramatically tilted in shape as the generated image. So expect some differences. The USB cord is a little on the short side, but I can't measure it right now. Would be nice for it to be longer. The pink color is beautiful and just as I'd hoped. Lastly, I chose the edge to be cut around the text shape. It's almost perfect in the regard, however there is an area above the E where it has a jagged spot. It's sharp my eye was instantly drawn to it. I'm tempted to pull out my dremel tool to attempt to fix it, but I'm nervous about breaking the whole sign if I do that. Bottom line: it's a very nice sign, and a great gift for my daughter. But. if I ever decide to order a custom neon sign in the future I MAY try using a different company just to see what I would get from someone else.

My sign turned out Great. It was easy to make. Having a preview before you buy it was helpful. The variety of colors, fonts, backgrounds, and backboards is nice. It can get complicated when it comes to choosing your hardware. I chose a dimmer along with an adapter, and I'm glad I did. We turned out the sign during the day when it was Super Bright.

Such an amazing sign, very vibrant!! I am hoping the seller will reach out as I do not see how to contact them and I spent extra for the remote so that it could be dimmed and turned on and off since it will be plugged behind a bed and we have tried new batteries and it does not work :( Definitely 5 stars if my remote worked! **UPDATE** I figured out a way to contact the seller and they responded in a timely manner and sent me a new remote - I would definitely recommend buying from this business and my son loves his new sign!
