The pillow came nicely packaged. After opening it, I was surprised at how it fluffed up in only a few minutes. I did notice a slight chemical smell originally but it dissipated quickly and after an hour or two, the smell was completely gone. The pillow is well constructed and I like the removable cover with zipper. I am a side sleeper but I shift to different positions throughout the night. I felt the pillow was comfortable for all positions. For my main position of side sleeping, the memory foam was firm enough to support the position, but soft enough to form to my body. It supported my natural posture so I was comfortable throughout the night. Some pillows get very hot from body heat, but this one stayed nice and cool. I woke up after a well rested sleep and felt no discomfort in my neck or back as I have with other pillows in the past. I would recommend this pillow and would purchase again. ... show more

I received my CushyOasis pillow and let it sit for 24 hours so it would inflate after being compressed in the packaging. I used it to watch tv and liked how the memory foam molded to my shoulders neck and head. It has a harder memory foam material than other pillows I have used in the past. As I laid on it, it was quite comfortable and cool. Overall I enjoyed the pillow and the texture. The overall quality of the product is fair. It’s not as firm as I hoped it would be. Beware though, the material has a strong chemical smell. I’ve had it for a few days now and it still smells. You can even smell it through the covering and an additional pillow case. Due to the nature of the material you can no wash it so you’re just stuck with a chemical smelling pillow. ... show more

I hope they compensate me and send me the correct ones ..

I do not suggest this pillow to anyone. Way too soft, my head sinks too deep. Created a big neck pain. I had to see a doctor after using this pillow for a week. Plus very heavy chemical smell. Smells like burning plastic.
