When I ordered this turner, I was super excited that I found it for such a great deal-only it arrived with missing parts so I was unable to put it together for use. I immediately reached out to customer service, and Cassie was most helpful with answering all my questions. Since the turner is issued as “a full kit” they were unable to just send the pieces that were missing-however she issued me a brand new replacement to be shipped ASAP. That one arrived just as quickly, and with all the parts this time, so I was able to assemble it with very little effort (the instructions are very clear) and begin using it right away. The turner is quiet and works well for a beginner (and maybe someone more experienced too, but I’m not there just yet to say much about that). I’m super happy with it and again a huge shout out to Cassie for helping me to make things right

Assembly was easy and quick. I love the speed, my last one was really slow. 3 things i don't like. 1) it only spins 1 direction. 2) I don't like how the pvc is attached to the spinning arm by a screw and nut. Makes for removing a curing cup difficult so you can start/continue another cup. 3) the pvc arms are smaller than my previous turner so I can't use the arms or foam inserts for this spinner.

After a week or so of use, the turner does appear to still work great. The motor does make a repetitive "clicking" noise, but it isn't loud enough to worry me or interfere with conversation in the same room. It can easily be tuned out. I wish the rods on the turner itself turned the opposite direction. They turn clockwise if you're staring down the rods looking at the motor. I'm right handed, so flipping the turner isn't the best option for me. I like my cups to turn towards me so that if I have excess epoxy about to drop, I can catch it. I also wish the rods turned slower. I feel like I'm constantly chasing the cup to get a certain spot on my cup. By the time I find the spot that is missing epoxy, its too late to pour more on and I have to wait for it to come back around. My older turner rotated at about half the speed of this one and it was perfect. It also randomized the way it would turn. So if it was turning opposite the way I wanted it to, all I had to do was turn it off, then back on again. All in all, its a good machine. I haven't used the foam it came with so I can't speak for that. But the other accessories are great. I just wish I had a way to reverse the direction that it rotates and cut the speed in half.

This is the second cup turner that I have bought. I have not used this on yet. The first was a gift for a friend who does a LOT of resin work on cups. She is in LOVE with this cup turner. She already owned a single cup-turner that she had gotten at Hobby Lobby. Her comments about this turner are: PROS 1) It spins a bit quicker than her other one, which she is finding is allowing for a much smoother resin distribution, with fewer to no ripples and fewer bubbles as well. 2) The moveable rod support allows for much smoother cup rotation and to adjust for larger/taller cups that she was not able to accommodate on her old turner. CONS 1) this particular turner does not let you reverse the direction the cup spins...fortunately it rotates in our preferred direction!

I bought this Turner back in and loved it! My only issue is ive had it for a little over 3 months and have lightly used it as i just needed it for a back up when I needed to make multiple tumblers at once. When i say lightly used Ive literally made 5 tumblers on it. The left motor is "missing " or "skipping" when it turns which is causing my epoxy to pool up in the areas were it skips. So basically one side is unusable after 3ish months of light use.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been doing cold cups for about…4 days. Initially I ordered a $40 single unit from Michaels but placing the cup and the fact that it was for one cup at a time was frustrating. For less than that I then purchased this one. It was easy to assemble except for the small screws on the plate, they were so necessarily small that they kept falling off my hands. Still, you only set it up once and you’re good to go. PRO: -9/10 easy to assemble - User friendly, easy to turn on. Remember to turn on the button on the cable as well as on the top. I thought mine wasn’t working because I forgot about the cable button. -Very good speed to place your liquids or glitter -Like the material of the machine as well as the mat included, still I covered my mat. -extra sponges for your cups, different size CON -only 1 speed. While it is good enough to work on, by preference I would have liked the option to have it go slower and faster. -wish it had a timer for auto shut off. Not sure if any of these machines do but it would be a great addition considering we have to wait between coats and have errands to do. My solution was to connect an Alexa plug so that I could turn it off from my phone while I was out and about. Overall 4 thumbs up! My son’s and mine. I definitely recommend it specially if you’d like to do several cups. Note: the black tumbler does not fit here, I did that one by hand and used the “drying rack” to let it dry.

I purchased one of these turners and liked it so much that I bought a second one. The turners are quiet and allow you to control each motor separately while only occupying one outlet plug! Not to mention that beautiful purple (I am a purple geek!). I had a hard time identifying the size of the tubing, but they are very sturdy so I quite enjoy them. The one downside is that I wish we could order more of the arms/tubing by themselves to add to the four we receive with the turner! I had an issue with the second turner but contacted the seller. I was helped by Cassie and she was fantastic at identifying the issue and helping resolve the problem. Prompt, responsive, helpful, and kind - The turners and customer service are both fantastic! I will definitely be returning for more turners as I expand my craft area :)

Love the color. Easy to assemble and it's quiet! Agreed with other reviews, I wish the arms would remove easier but it would be an easy fix to use a different pin to secure it! I highly recommend it!
