No hassle, plugged it in, turned it on, ran everything at max settings with no stutter, played Sea of Thieves in 2k while streaming in 1080 for hours with no problem, this PC is a beast. Starts up in seconds, incredibly fast.

I am still skeptical about buying a prebuilt, but I needed a new computer and there was no way I was going to get my hands on the newest generation GPU’s, so I went with this one. Product shipped during the coldest week of the year and the liquid cooling kit did not explode. Packaging is crazy good. They use this expanding foam (or something that I haven’t seen before) for the inside and it was so tight there was no way anything inside could move. I had to basically cut it out. I’m a few weeks in and everything is working great. Thing is a beast. Lots of space for upgrades, so it seems future proof to me. Cooling works great. I think there has only been one time where it hit 80 degrees playing VRchat. So no problem there. Power seems sufficient. I know the pictures show 600w, but it does come with what’s listed in description. To add to that, it came with everything is said it would. It came with a checklist and sign off that was written by hand for everything has been testing and with a signature of approval. So far, everything is legit and I would recommend it compared to the other computer you can buy off here. I never write these, but I thought I should since there isn’t many ratings yet. ... show more

Looks good build but shipped without mouse and keyboard and arrived damaged. Motherboard and GPU were disconnected glass broken. Had to return without powering up and buying again. Will update review once I receive new unit. Hopefully the damage was just from bad handling during shipping and replacement will be good. ... show more

This PC is a delight for those of you who want a powerful gaming computer at a reasonable price, pre-assembled without the headache of putting it together yourself because you’re short on time. The package came within the expected time, well protected. There was even foam packing inside the tower. It was reviewed by 3 separate technicians to make sure the rig worked as it should! A great working computer for games, fast and so far works very good. Only problem i found was the DP cable from computer to monitor does not work when plugged into the DP on both. On start up the monitor says can not find the DP display ? Plugged it into another port and seems to work or at least the monitor does not say looking for DP Display? Another thing not sure it is monitor or computer, am on my third mouse. Mouse does not want to work in my game World of Warcraft found it hard to double click on hot bars and the AOE spells only seems to cast after a few times. Had a few tech's work on it, got it better but not really working 100 %.. As I said not sure why its not working correctly still working on it... ... show more

The Computer is awesome. It's put together nicely and looks great. So far, it has laughed at anything I've thrown at it. It's upgrade able to a I9, so it will suite me for quite awhile. My only beef is, no spot for a CD-Rom internally. Very happy with this purchase.

My husband purchased this product, he works in IT. I’ll get a more full review from him, but he has chosen to keep it. I think it has a really cool aesthetic, but beware that this thing puts out a lot of heat and acts as a space heater. When I walk into my husband’s office when the computer is running, it is significantly warmer in the room. Great for winter, not so great for summer, though I suppose if it is being used in a larger space, the heat produced would dissipate more. ... show more
