  • Great little blender
Style: Compact Blender
I purchased this blender for when I travel and stay at hotels, to make my morning smoothies, as I am on the go and don't have the time to eat in a restaurant or pick up food, and I prefer a healthier option than hotel or take-out food for breakfast. This little baby gets the job done. I stuff it with frozen fruit (or fresh fruit and ice), yogurt and coconut milk, and can add powdered supplements as well, and it's a quick blend and clean-up and I'm on my way. I find I do need to defrost the frozen fruit a bit before blending, as it is not as powerful as my Blendjet at home, but overall, it makes a nice smoothie. I like it so much that I bring it to work as well, so I can have a healthy pick-me-up in the afternoon. So nice to have a compact little blender to travel with. Love it! ... show more

  • Quality built not flimsy.
Style: Compact Blender
Product feels great but performs exceptionally well. Would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for quality and performance. You will not regret buying this product went for the cheaper ones always put quality first this is a five star brand. Battery life and ease of cleaning. Like the fact that the blades are opposite of the others. Mixes up really well. Enjoy ... show more

  • Buyer Beware
Style: Compact Blender
I did a lot of research before I bought this blender. It worked well for awhile but less than a year old and maybe used ess than 12 times. I just stop working because it would take a charge. For the price of it very disappointing.

  • Good blender, not especially powerful, but adequate
Style: Compact Blender
UPDATE: The following review is basically unchanged, except after keeping better track, I can get 6-7 smoothies out of a charge using frozen fruit, pineapple juice, and a banana (no ice, no disgusting yogurt). My wife and I have smoothies every morning and we wanted a blender for our boat, so we chose this one because of the rechargeable feature and because Cuisinart is a good brand overall. Using frozen fruit, a banana, and some pineapple juice, but no ice, we can make 4-5 smoothies on a charge. Not bad. It has adequate power and absolutely makes a smooth smoothie. It takes more run time to get there than our 120 volt unit in the house, which frankly I expected. A nice feature is that it's much quieter than the household model. It's also relatively compact which is great for a boat, camping, etc. Update #2: 3 boating seasons in, still going strong. ... show more

  • Perfect personal blender for daily use
Style: Compact Blender
Great blender for everything from energy drinks to frozen margaritas

  • Love this Blender for Travel!
Style: Compact Blender
I use this blender for all my work trip. It is light weight and easy to pack. I like that it is much quieter than a typical blender (Ninja-so loud). I use this in a hotel and don’t feel bad about the noise. You cannot fit as much as you can in a Ninja or Magic Bullet so I just reduce the amount of spinach and it works for what I need. My first one last about 2 years and stopped holding a charge. It was under warranty so I was able to get a replacement and it only took a couple of days. ... show more

  • Powerful for ice cube and frozen fruits like strawberries
Style: Compact Blender
This blender is really as powerful as they say, makes smoothies easily, and even can grind cinnamon sticks and more. I liked the charging lights, 3 lights let you know how much battery still remains, and it suffices at least 6 times I think. Really very convenient to take to the Gym with protein powder in it, I just add cold water and blend for 20 seconds and it comes out great and fluffy. ... show more

  • Disappointed
Style: Compact Blender
Gonna jump to the point. Very disappointing. Felt a little cheap when first unboxed. The first blend was cool but then the lights started blinking and by the end of it, the product lost all will to work. It just sort of gave up. I placed it back on the charger and tried again but it just seemed like it lost all will to work and live. I thought I received a defect but the second one performed the same way. I ended up trying the Blender X and that held its charge but you have to hold the button while blending so there is no multi-tasking happening. You are tethered to the blending experience. Also, the base is rather large so toting it around as a daily blender is not optimal. The type of plastic causes powders and residues to stick. Finally, came back to the Pop Babies but the glass edition. Was hesitant due to mixed reviews and the mention of lack of power. Chose the glass because you have less stick with powders and resin from the contents of your smoothie. It is super portable. Use crushed ice or frozen/cold fruit. The glass retains the temperature nicely. You'll get a nice consistency out of your drink and with the only negative being the size of the glass, you could easily solve that by making a perpetual smoothie. Some people think the fact that the pop babies needs to remain attached to its base while drinking is a negative but I don't mind it because it is like making a bottomless smoothie for me. I went hands on with all of these products and the Pop Babies Glass edition is what I settled on... and it is about 1/4 the price of the others. If you want to have a power portable blender for weekend getaways then the Blender X is for you. If you need something to nutrition boost on a regular basis then go with the Pop Babies. If you are thinking about the Cuisinart... Unfortunately, think again. ... show more
