  • Cuisinart rocks
Style: Hand Blender
This is a great handheld mixer. We had the corded version before grabbing this one. Same quality and effectiveness but now cordless! Battery lasts a long time, very easy to clean and use. I've been very impressed with Cuisinart products, definitely not a company to rest on their name, they've kept up with creating quality products. Also gotta mention their customer service is amazing. ... show more

  • Great until it gives up in a year Customer Service first rate!
Style: Hand Blender
My original review was a "1" . Basically the unit did exactly what it was supposed to do and what I wanted it to do until it quit. I was angry - then I contacted Cuisinart support - and WOW! They were very helpful, explained that my item was actually stale inventory the shipper had sent me from stock that was not for the American market, but if I provided the Amazon invoice they would honor what I thought was a generous warranty from my date of purchase. They are replacing the unit and I don't have to go through the exercise of shipping it anywhere. I have several Cuisinart products, never had a problem with any of them before this, and they sure came through. Let us say I am a happy camper. My original review is below: I don't know what to say. It was great when it worked, I did not abuse it, I kept it clean. but it just gave up and no longer charges. Wire is in as new shape. So presumably battery has to be replaced - but really, it gave up in one year? ... show more

  • Works well so far
Style: Hand Blender
I looked at all the inexpensive off-brand cordless stick blenders and saw too many bad reviews about cheap materials falling apart and dying batteries. The KitchenAid seems great (built like a power drill), but for me it would be overkill and too expensive, since I am basically just mixing up protein powder drinks. The Cuisinart seemed like a good compromise . I was a little nervous to order it since some reviews say Amazon is selling years-old stock with stale batteries, but I went ahead and purchased, since it has a 3-year warranty through Cuisinart. So far, the blender has been just fine. The battery was over half charged upon arrival so I don't think it is old stock. It charged to full quickly. The materials seem sturdy with a nice stainless shaft and blade assembly. There is plenty of power to whip up my drinks very fast. I have used it 4 times and the battery indicator has not moved from full. It is not too loud. I can't say that the blender is perfect, so I am only giving it 4 stars. The main markdown is the safety-off feature. It is a good and necessary feature but it could have had a more ergonomic design; it is a little awkward. And the plastic mixing cup has ounces marked in multiples of 5 (seriously?); it should be multiples of 4 like every standard measuring cup on the planet. The markings are also hard to see. But these issues are not dealbreakers. All in all, I am pleased with this blender and I recommend it. ... show more

  • Powerful!!
Style: Mini-Chopper
This machine is so very powerful. It went to a full charge witin an hour of my taking it outcof the box. A bit smaller than I expected. Haven't checked it yet if it actually holds 4 cups..maybe up to the brim, which means you cannot use it for the full 4 cups. All plastic, so a bit flimsy. But that's ok for the price, and the power makes up for that. It REALLY works well. Dont think it will last more than a year or two, because plastic is so thin. Again, that's ok..price is right and I do trust Cuisinart products. I do recommend for the power and the convenience of it being rechargeable! Very easy to use and easy to clean!! ... show more

  • Limited power time for the price
Style: Hand Mixer
If you have an electric mixer not put away. The biggest issue with this blender is the the short charging power. Many times when I want to mix something it’s random and when I go to use this mixer it works only for a few seconds and loses it power. I will have to revert back to my electric mixer or hand beat, because I started the mixing process and can’t wait for this mixer to recharge. It’s takes awhile for it to recharge and by then I’ve completed whatever it is I need to make. You’ll have to know ahead of time and remember to charge the unit unlike the electric mixer you just plug it in and you’re ready to go. I purchased two units one for myself and my daughter. I thought it would be helpful since it’s cordless particularly for a stovetop recipe to avoid finding my extension cord to attach to my electric mixer. I can only say the cordless feature is nice but for the price it’s not useful if one has to keep remembering ahead of time to fully charge it prior to usage. So one can’t just randomly use this unit if one has to take the time and wait for it to charge, if there’s a need to use it multiple times it loses power, and you can’t use it at the same time while it’s charging. PS I have a cordless mini food chopper that I love when I don’t need to use the electric one, which cost me $20 and it stays charged for months when not in use. I spent over $150 for these and they are just sitting around. It angers me when you spend money on something pricey that can’t completely be enjoyed, but the company has benefited and made the profit ... show more

  • Worth every penny !
Style: Hand Mixer
So happy I bought this. I burned out my hand mixer in the middle of mixing a very thick batter. My husband used his portable handheld drill to finish for me. So when I was shopping for a new one I thought why not a cordless handheld … if they even make them. Well they do and this works like a charm. Not real strong for buttercream icing but great for whip cream. Charges up fine and full charge latest while I was using. I keep it fully charged all the time so it is ready to go. ... show more

  • Works great
Style: Hand Blender
Works like a dream. Great for blending without breaking out the big one. Recharges quick and runs for a good amount of time. Nothing super special about it, but it feels amd performs like a quality kitchen gadget.
