I've been eating pizzas non-stop since I got this little gem. It has to be small to fit on a grill but one 12" pie is more than enough for me. I like using the grill since I don't have to mess with wood pellets and it's hotter than the oven.

Fun to grill pizza outside on our charcoal grill! Will only do a small to medium size pizza, though. We are figuring out how not to get the crust too dark, and the cheese bubbly, but it's a great way to make personal size pizzas or just several different types.

So easy to use and love that it is compact and easily stored away when not in use. Two protips: 1) initially prepare and put the pizza in on parchment paper then pull the paper out from under after it’s cooked a bit, otherwise the dough sticks to the paddle 2) it helps to turn the pizza slightly every 30ish seconds as it cooks to avoid a charred bottom. Took some trial and error to get a good routine down, as the “instructions manual” didn’t give many instructions/tips at all. Pizza will cook in as little as 5 mins ... show more

This is a must have if you love pizza. It works great on my grill, quickly reaching temps in the high 700’s in minutes. I have a friend who has one of those brick ovens in their yard and it makes the perfect pizzas each and every time. So I thought to give this a try since I wanted to have that same experience at home but not the expense of having a brick oven built…this didn’t disappoint.
