The Grill Top Pizza Oven Box is powered solely by your grill. The oven sits directly on the cooking surface of your grill and is powered by the heat source of your grill. The oven features a cordierite baking stone that is ideal for retaining heat to produce a perfectly cooked crust. The inside of the oven features stainless steel sides that provide reflective heat to the top of your pizza for evenly cooked toppings. The oven is equipped with a temperature gauge that allows you to easily track the oven's temperature while in use. The oven can be used for much more than just pizza. It is perfect for baking and roasting a variety of foods like breads, fish, chicken, macaroni and cheese and so much more. The 12" Aluminum Pizza Peel is the perfect tool for easily transferring pizza to and from the oven. The peel features a stylish wooden handle that folds down to allow for compact storage. Fits perfectly on a 17" Blackstone base (without the griddle). Makes a great medium size pizza. I've even baked potatoes and baked rolls in it. You need to turn the pizza frequently to keep the back from burning, but that's half the fun. I've been eating pizzas non-stop since I got this little gem. It has to be small to fit on a grill but one 12" pie is more than enough for me. I like using the grill since I don't have to mess with wood pellets and it's hotter than the oven.

Fun to grill pizza outside on our charcoal grill! Will only do a small to medium size pizza, though. We are figuring out how not to get the crust too dark, and the cheese bubbly, but it's a great way to make personal size pizzas or just several different types.

So easy to use and love that it is compact and easily stored away when not in use. Two protips: 1) initially prepare and put the pizza in on parchment paper then pull the paper out from under after it’s cooked a bit, otherwise the dough sticks to the paddle 2) it helps to turn the pizza slightly every 30ish seconds as it cooks to avoid a charred bottom. Took some trial and error to get a good routine down, as the “instructions manual” didn’t give many instructions/tips at all. Pizza will cook in as little as 5 mins ... show more

This is a must have if you love pizza. It works great on my grill, quickly reaching temps in the high 700’s in minutes. I have a friend who has one of those brick ovens in their yard and it makes the perfect pizzas each and every time. So I thought to give this a try since I wanted to have that same experience at home but not the expense of having a brick oven built…this didn’t disappoint. It cooked pizza just as perfect as that brick oven in less than a couple of minutes. I am thoroughly enjoy this grill top oven.
