These are badass! I got tired of paying $17+ for a decent pizza and found an awesome recipe for NY style pizza and sauce online. The recipe (made from scratch dough) calls for the pizza to be placed on the bottom rack @ 500 degrees (yes 500 degrees) for about 8 min and then to take the pizza off the pan and place directly on the oven rack for the final two minutes to crisp up the bottom of the crust. Hassle to say the least with regular pizza pans. These bad boys allow me to just cook the pizza on the pan and with the large holes it automatically lets the bottom crisp up without having to move! Oh yeah. Word to the wise; I saw a review where the person tried to slice the pizza directly on the pan and slammed the product. He should have slammed his head in a doorway cause these awesome pans have a non-stick surface and are NOT meant for you to slice pizza or anything else on it. Why? Because it's a NON STICK SURFACE! And it will scratch the pan! When your pizza is finished slide it off the pan and onto a cutting board or pizza stone and THEN cut it. Not difficult; it's non stick. One other knowledge nugget--let the pan cool BEFORE rinsing in the sink! These are extremely thick pans but they will warp if you do that due to the quick extreme temperature change. OK, time to make another pie and have a beer! PS If you want the recipe for the crust and pizza sauce, just message me. It really is good.

This is a great pizza pan! I've struggled with others that leave the bottom of the pie soft and soggy. This one is heavy duty metal and the holes allow for great heat transfer so no more soggy crust. I use a premade crust that needs to be formed, add sauce and toppings and bake at 475 degrees for 10-11 minutes and the results are awesome!

I'll be honest and say that I really didn't know what I was doing buying this pan (bought on a whim). *lol* All I knew was that I wanted a large, nonstick, highly durable pizza pan. Silly me, due to the holes which makes the heat disperse evenly throughout the whole pizza, makes it cook faster. I actually burnt a couple of pizzas (on 300) because they cooked too fast. I know, I know. It's pathetic. I was devastated. *LoL* So people who are maybe like me and don't know much about cookware or who simply do not heed the product's instructions, either cook the pizza on a much lower temperature than you usually do so it won't burn or just hover over the stove until it's done. *lol* I don't like that I can't cut the pizza while it's in the pan because the toppings or crust falls through the holes and leaves my stove a mess like someone just sprinkled my stove with cracker crumbs (the pizza crust). LOL Seriously, I bought this in June of 2012 and it's still highly durable, the nonstick coating has not worn off, it's not scratched or dented up, and the shape has still maintained. If you like your pizza crispy, then you'll love what this pan will do for you. You need to have something under the pan when you are ready to cut it because toppings and so forth will fall through the holes so do keep that in mind. Your pizza will also cook faster so keep a good eye on it or cook at a very low temperature if you easily lose track of time so it won't burn or get overly crisp or hard unless you prefer that. It will last you so it'll be money well-spent. Great product!

My old traditional pizza pan was getting old and needed to be replaced. This is such an upgrade. The pizza is much more crispy and evenly cooked. I mainly bake frozen pizzas but I habe made a fresh from scratch pizza using this AND my old traditional pizza pan because I made two pizzas. This pan out performed the old one. Def get it if you need a pizza pan

This pan is perfect for making homemade pizza. I had another similar pizza pan, but the black nonstick coating was starting to peel off and actually getting mixed in with the pizza dough crust...yuck! So, I did some research and decided on this one because of the good reviews. I brushed a bit of olive oil all over the pan before I pressed my Trader Joe's pizza dough to form a crust and I have to say that the pizza turned out perfectly golden, exactly the way we like it. The best part was that the pizza slices came off the pan effortlessly and the pan required no clean up whatsoever. I mean, it looked like I hadn't even used the pan so it truly is 100% nonstick. Great purchase and because it feels so sturdy and durable, I think this will last a longtime.

Great quality instead of using a pizza screen. Pizza on this tray cooks just fine. It gets nice and hot with little hole marks on crust evenly. Cook the whole pie with this and your pizza will never get stuck on your peel. Especially good for that learning curve until you get it down.
