These work just as well as every other mechanical pencil and/or gel liner out there, except you get 3 for roughly 10 bucks. The smudge is good, and the staying power is also good. Definitely good for tight-lining as well. I shaved off 1 star, mainly because it doesn't say where these are made.

I got this to see if this eyeliner was easier to use than my old brand. I did find it easier to use due to how thoughtfully made this stick is. One tip has the eyeliner and the other tip has a built in smudger and sharpener which makes this so much more convenient. Plus with using one stick you have perfect color match which makes a huge difference IMO. This pencil eyeliner is very smooth and applies very evenly. Another plus is this is a pack of three ( the one I got) and that will certainly last a long time. I also like how you decide how dark you want it to be by applying a little for light shade and more for darker shade. Not complicated at all to get it your liking. I am very happy with this and glad I got it. I think it does a great job and certainly better than the old one I was using. Hope this was helpful.

I've been doing winged eyeliner in my daily makeup for almost 20 years at this point, and I've pretty much abandoned any pencil liner, since most aren't a deep enough black to look nice and smudge badly. This pencil liner has managed to change my opinion on that. I'm not sure what makes this different from other pencil formulas, but it's very dark black, just a little bit of pressure works to get the product to 'write,' and it is completely smudge proof after drying, which doesn't take very long. The convenience if it being in small pencil form, as opposed to the tubes and brushes I'm used to using or markers that seem to dry up in the middle of use, makes this a product I will absolutely continue to use.

This eye liner goes on smoothly and easily with no tugging. The color is a dark, rich black so it can be very dramatic if applied with a thick line. It is easily smudge-able though to soften the look or also the tip is nicely pointed so a fine line is possible as well. I was impressed by how long it lasted. I applied the liner in the morning and it was still looking good by the time I removed it before bed. It does need a good eye makeup remover to get it off. I let it sit on my lash line for about a minute then it wiped off pretty easily.

I only wear makeup on special occasions (down from daily in my twenties and routinely in my thirties), so I'm not great at application. As such, I was happy to see that this eyeliner has a smudging tip on one end. That way I can kind of get it on then smudge it into something presentable. The color is nice and it stayed on well, even though I applied it to my eyelids with no other makeup to set it. I really like that it does not go on too dark, but you can keep adding if you want more. If you need a black eyeliner that is easy to apply and stays on, this is a good option.

This eyeliner goes on so smooth. It applies like a liquid with the easy of a pencil. I couldn’t believe how well it stayed. I had to scrub with my makeup remover to get it off at the end of the day. I did have a bit of transfer to my lid one day, but I had been sweating in the southern heat and crying a bit (love is blind wedding day, oh Netflix) so I’m not mad at it. I am super excited about this eyeliner and encourage everyone to try it.

I really like Cuckoo Black Gel Eyeliner. It glides on so smoothly and is easy to use. It stays in place once applied. It does have a smudger end although I'm not a big smudger, it's a nice feature. I like the shade of black. I sometimes have trouble applying gel eyeliner and this is made thoughtfully and it works for me. It's a really great price for a great eyeliner! Highly recommend!!
