Definitely paying for quality with this one! My first high end insulated cooler and so far I have been impressed. Works as advertised and was able to keep ice and drinks cold despite being left in the back of a hot car in the Hawaiian sun for several days. Works great for a day at the beach but would definitely not be out of place in the back of a work truck or on a boat imo. Build quality is great, everything feels tight and sturdy. Only slight downside I've noticed so far is the ground clearance isn't the greatest if your using the wheels on anything other then pavement/flat ground but even then the wheels themselves are decent and work well for rolling it around. If your looking for a quality high end cooler I'd say this one is worth taking a look at! ... show more

Really impressed! high quality build, tons of storage space & very functional - yet nice cube design for car camping or picnics, I bought this to replace a Yeti Roadie that broke! The wheels allow 1 hand moving & the side handles allow for easy handling. All the hinges are super durable. This thing is a beast. If you've ever needed a cooler than doubles as a bomb shelter, you can stop looking. It's our new favorite cooler - the thick walls keep everything cold (we've only tested overnight so far) and the latches are very secure - some vigorous handling will not cause leakage of any kind. Honestly my favorite parts, though, are 1) the square shape; it's the perfect size for one back seat in my car, instead of two seats like our other coolers, and 2) that it's wheeled; I'm a small person so carrying heavy coolers is cumbersome - and you can bet I'm going to make my husband wheel me on this when I'm just too tired to walk to the car. Having cushioned handles is also a nice touch and speaks to the amount of thought that went into the design. As a cooler, I give it an 11/10. As a bomb shelter, have yet to test it. ... show more

The cooler arrived in a timely fashion, and the packaging looked ok, sealed and not damaged. Upon opening the cooler, the inner rubber ring that is supposed to be attached to the lid was stuck to the top edge of the cooler. I was able to peel it off and stick it back into the ridge where it goes in the lid, but it left some sticky black residue on the top edge of the main cooler part…I am also unsure how well the rubber seal will stay where it should be, since it already came out once, and this is what seals the cooler and keeps things cold. It looks like the box likely got too hot and the rubber melted slightly then adhered to top edge of the cooler… Because this is such a large, bulky item, I am hesitant to return/replace it, but I am very disappointed that such a pricey cooler came in this condition. I was hoping to talk with someone about keeping the item in this condition if I was given some sort of discount, but I don’t see any way to contact the seller to discuss this, Amazon only gives me the option to return/replace. If I don’t hear from anyone via this review, I will be requesting a replacement. The price point is just too high to keep it in this condition. Other than this issue, the cooler does look great, the wheels are sturdy, and the handle seems sturdier than others of this kind. ... show more

This cooler is great! Same cooler as another brand (Roam) but a lot less money! The wheels are large and somewhat rubbery so it easily pulls. I was able to get a basket to fit it for under $20 so I am quite pleased with it.

I needed a new cooler (with wheels), so I picked up this one after someone recommended it to me. Its a bit heavier than I was expecting, but it's so well built that I understand why. The wheels are larger than my last cooler and they are made of a softer type plastic/rubber that allows it to roll very smoothly. This make maneuvering it while loaded quite easy. I took it to the beach and was a little worried that it would be tough to get through the soft sand, but it actually slid/rolled through the sand much better than I expected. With the ability of Cubix to keep my stuff cold all day, I can use less ice which compensates for the heavier cooler, so it works out perfectly. Pardon my mistake in the video calling it a 46 inch... my brain was on another topic just before I made that. It's a 46 quart. The only problem with this cooler was this it didn't fit in my trunk, but because it performed so well on it's first test, I decided to by another smaller one that I can take shopping with me. You can see my other review on the 25 qt version (it also came with an 8 qt soft sided cooler). This thing is great. I need to break out some time and do an "ice challenge" with it compared to my old coolers to see how long it takes to melt in the Florida heat. ... show more

I bought this last minute for a camping trip after my cooler died. It really held ice. I left the cooler in the car for 2 days and it was in the 80's outside. When I got home, there was still ice in it. BUT... it leaked all over my car. That was an unpleasant surprise. Idk if it was not screwed in tight or what happened. I'll update after my next use.
