Good find, I’ve purchased a couple more in different colors. Sizing runs a little small, and if buying multiple check for consistency on the sizes. Purchased a medium and it fits well. Other than that it’s very comfortable, breathable, and has some forgiveness with the stretch. These are a great comparison to a very high-end variety, but a fraction of the cost. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were made in the same facility. Great for around the house, running errands, and my favorite so far, golf.

(5’10” 160lbs) Ordered both a size small and medium. Ultimately kept the medium. The small had a nice fit overall but was a bit on the small side, just tighter all around. The medium was much comfier to me with there being more space in the waist/crotch area without being baggy or ill fitting. The pants are lightweight and comfy, haven’t worn them long enough to comment on breathability but I imagine it’s the same as any polyester.

Very happy with these pants and material seems to be of high quality. Pockets are important for these types of pants since they are looser with lighter material and things can slide out of the pockets easily but these have a zipper back pocket and the two side pockets have a bit of material that prevents the opening from being just a slanted straight line. The extra bit of material gives the pocket opening an "L"-ish shape that makes all the difference in the world in preventing a large phone from slipping out when sitting. I bought the platinum grey which is a nice very light grey and I went ahead and ordered the black as well
