I've had this mattress since early 2022. I absolutely love it. This mattress has far exceeded my expectations in comfort and longevity. To this day the bed bounces back as soon as I get up. I sit on the edge A LOT and it hasn't created an indentation, to my amazement. For reference I'm 5'8" and currently 200 lbs. I bought this when I was at a heavier weight, about 240 and it was just as comfortable and reliable then. If I ever have to buy another mattress, it'll be this exact one. It's on the firm side but not ridiculously firm. You don't sink into the bed, either, which I used to hate about my previous medium-firm mattress. It really is the perfect affordable mattress. Especially if you're like me..disabled, on a tight budget and dealing with various medical conditions that affect quality sleep. 1I keep it in a mattress encasement to prevent dust & mold spores because of living in a high humidity area. The only "negative" I've experienced is when changing the sheets, I've noticed threads from the diamond pattern coming loose. This isn't a big deal to me at all, but worth mentioning.

This mattress was packaged well when it arrived and I was able to open it with ease. It came with a little thing to open the plastic without harming the mattress which was nice! It expanded fairly quick and was at 10 inches in a day. The smell did linger for a bit but eventually it went away. As far as comfort, I’d say it’s a good 3.5/10. I am a 5’9” male weighing about 145-150 lbs and it doesn’t sink all that much. My lower back pain has improved significantly and I sleep better throughout the night. I was torn between the 10 inch and 12 inch but got the 10 due this being my first “mattress in a box” purchase. My brother in law is 6’6” and when he laid down on it, it sounded like it was struggling to support, I’d say just go for the 12 inch and spend the extra couple of dollars. All in all, it’s a good mattress and I’m satisfied. My main problem was my lower back and it’s helped tremendously. It’s comfy, not too soft but not too hard in my opinion. I would definitely buy this mattress again and have not been disappointed. Will provide an update a few months from now. Update: I’ve had the mattress for about 6 months. I’m keeping the review the same. It’s held up well. The edges are a little weak as I can’t sit on the edge without sliding off. It definitely helped in a pinch and is still pretty comfy. I’d say I sleep a little on the hotter side on this mattress. I’ll keep it but for a guest room bed because it isn’t bad at all but not my full cup of tea. Thanks for reading!!

I've had this mattress since September 2021 and it's been perfectly comfortable with no issues the whole time. Bought for $360, not sure how they managed to get the price down so much, but the product I bought in 2021 has been excellent.

So. I have been the owner of three beds of this type — all purchased from Amazon over the years. That being said, I can assure you that for your best “bed in a box” experience it would be in your best interest to follow all of the recommendations given to you by the manufacturer. In my case, I followed all of the instructions to the “ T “ and I got less than satisfactory results. It happens. But I couldn’t in good conscience not share my experience. I reached out to the company to see what could be done so that I might return to a good night’s sleep. They were more than supportive! After engaging in some “troubleshooting” we decided the best course of action— in my case —was to simply refund my monies. So, rest assured. If you do happen to get a “lumpy” and “bumpy” bed, they will make it right! Great Company!!!

This mattress is AMAZING! I got this 2 Christmas’s ago. Everyone’s body type is different. I personally love a good mix between firm and soft. This is the perfect combo. It was heavy, but I was able to get it in my apartment by myself. I got the full because it’s the only size I truly needed. It’s great! I had to wait 24-48 hours to let it fully rise. I’ve had for almost 2 years and i still love it. So comfortable!
