When I bought my daughter (then 7 years old) her Nintendo Switch Lite for Christmas in December of 2022, I also purchased this clear case and screen protector to go with it. I'm super pleased to report that the screen protector and case have done their job very well! As with any electronic given to a kid, I fully expected this Switch to be abused, so I wanted to protect it as best we could. The screen protector fits the Switch Lite screen perfectly, and it has kept the actual screen from getting damaged. My kid did step on the Switch, and the screen protector cracked - but the actual screen didn't get damaged at all! This Switch has also taken some harsh tumbles, and it's relatively unscathed. A few times, the case has popped off during a fall, but that is due to how bad the fall is, and I believe that the way it pops off actually takes the brunt of the fall damage to protect the device. After a little over 2 years of the Switch and its case being abused, the case has finally stopped snapping back together (some of the connector bits have worn down from how my kid treats it). So I have just had this replacement case and screen protector delivered today, and installed them again. So happy this exists! For the value of the case, it's a great investment to protect the Switch!

When ordering this product I was super skeptical because I saw all of the bad reviews on this but this is 100% my opinion on this product. I bought my switch a few weeks ago so I had the product for some time now. The case is super durable in the sense that if I drop it I’m most certain it will protect my switch from dents and scratches. The case itself is a bit scratched up already but nothing too major. Somewhat easy to remove the case but I didn’t want to risk it, so I suggest putting the screen protector before the case. The thumb grips were so easy to put on. I alternate between blue and white for my turquoise switch and it looks very pretty! The screen protector was definitely the most challenging product to put on. Left a bubble on the top right corner but definitely recommend trying to put it on or ask someone who knows how to if they can help you do it. I dropped my switch today in my room on carpet and it definitely protected it in my opinion. Hope this helps ease you into purchasing this because I know how hard online shopping is.

My package arrived damaged but seller was able to refund. Good product if it arrives in one piece. Screen protector plus the case will increase the life of your device. Packaging needs to be better because the glass screen protector was completely cracked when it arrived.

This is exactly the hard case shell I was looking for. I just recently received the Nintendo switch lite animal crossing addition and I wanted to make sure my lite was 100% protected. The installation of the screen protector was very easy and not difficult. The installation of the hard shell case was also easy. I love how it looks and feels. Very great quality, feels sturdy, and I am confident to know that if there are any drops, my switch will be fine. I would recommend this product.

Some glossy plastics are uncomfortable and slippery to hold for long periods of time however this case has been extremely great to hold and it stays on tight no loose gaps where the device moves in the case make sure you wipe the inside of the case before applying the shell to your switch cause taking the case off felt really sketchy thought id break one of the tabs off that holds it shut but lucky me i had gotten the debris and put the case back on… One thing i wish the designer changes with the 2.0 design is the cartridge cut out is right on perfectly cut however i am a man who doesn’t have long nails so opening the cart slot is a bit of a challenge. Other than that im extremely happy buyer

Pretty much fits. The top doesn't close all the way but I got it to but the rim is bent upwards to snap closed. Doesn't bother me though. Happy with it.
