Description

Expertly crafted with hand selected materials, these Crunch 250 watt full range 2 way coaxial speakers are made to blow you and your factory speakers away. These 6x8 5x7 speakers have 125 watts of RMS power handling and 250 watts of peak power handling. The anti resonant stamped steel basket frame provides minimal harmonics or distortions from flex or ringing, while the 1 inch tweeter provides clear highs and handles plenty of power. It's constructed with high quality materials including a textured ABS gasket, braided tinsel leads, pure copper voice coil, epoxy infused natural fiber spider, and a Ferrite magnet motor.

The Crunch CS-5768CX speakers were a perfect and affordable replacement solution for the failing factory speakers in my 1997 Ford F-150. Affordable but with very good sound quality, no modifications needed for mounting, and plug & play when paired with a very affordable speaker adapter harness also from here on Amazon has made for my factory radio sounding great again. I wouldn't consider these speakers any more than entry-level 2-ways, but they were perfect for my application and I would buy them again if needed and would readily recommend them to friends or family looking for affordable replacement speakers. ... show more

These are the worst sounding speakers I think I've ever heard and I've been in car audio for over 30 years. Sound very tinny like they're playing out of a Coke can. I had a Taramps amplifier running bout 60 watts RMS on them and they sounded terrible.

It's hard to complain too much or have high expectations when you get two pairs for less than $35 bucks. One of the four speakers has a buzz / rattle and I just cannot justify tearing off the panel again to replace it. I'll deal with it, it's not as bad as the 22 year old stock spearks.

Great speakers for the money. I used them with a 45 watt per channel stereo. The sensitivity is different than stock ones. You have to turn the volume up higher. They would probably work better with more power.

    • Much needed upgrade
My teenager has been dissing the sound system in our 20 year old Ford Expedition. I figured it could probably use some new speakers and I came across this 4-pack. I previously owned a Crunch Amplifier, so I was confident they would be decent. They exceeded my expectations! Clarity, response and definition by far exceeded the old factory speakers. Installation was a breeze with the factory wire adapters, purchased separately. I did have to nip off the universal mount tabs on the ends, in order to seat door panels correctly, but no biggie.
