Great looking watch - black link band with dark blue face - very classy. Link adjustment instructions are poor. My suggestions are as follow: - One side is even with the band - they other pin side is slightly indented - The indented side is where you place the tip of the tool that comes with the watch - doesn’t take a lot of pressure ( if it does check what you’re doing)) - To replace the pin insert the end you used to push in the pin ( it will go by hand ) till only the flat end is still sticking out ( that end has a tiny grove on the flat end). You will need to apply pressure for it to snap & lock. - You don’t need a jeweler - if you bent the pin you were pushing on the wrong end. - the only reason for a 4 star rating is the poor instruction on sizing the band ... show more

The watch is impressive. I bought this as a sport watch, rather than wearing my Rolex. It certainly is an excellent quality and value for the money. HOWEVER, the instructions to set the date and day of the week not only require a magnifying glass to read, but are inaccurate and the printing is smudged. There are no instructions for removing links using the "found" provided tool - no mention of the tool in writing anywhere, nor how to use. My wife was called to assist and with our combined advanced academic degrees and years of experience, it took nearly an hour to complete the watch setup. The over-engineered wrist strap closing is impressive. It appears to have been created by an overzealous new engineering graduate to prove his/her skill at complexity-It does work-We shall see how long. The manufacturer needs someone with a degree in common sense and marketing, not an engineer, to write the instructions! ... show more

I bought this watch because I wanted something for events. This one looked perfectly stylish but not too showy. Very classy. I adjusted 4 links, and it was quite easy. They don't specify which way to replace the pin to reconnect, so it took me a little longer to realize that you have to put the pin facing the same way that it came out. You can bang it back in with the metal part of the tool that the watch comes with, and it slides in easily. ... show more

I like this company and have owned multiple of their watches. My only problem this time around was when I opened the box, there was already a large paint scuff on the bracelet. I got it replaced, and the new one is perfect. Good value. Simplistic design. Would definitely recommend

The dial on the side is easily pulled out without your knowledge, stopping the watch. The dial hangs down past the bottom of the watch, allowing it to snag. This is the only issue keeping it from 5 stars.
